She put on my tack a lead me to the starting line. We were the first ones up! On go I sped around the barrels and ended at 5.4 seconds. We won by .5 seconds. I felt so proud of myself. Sure I had won other races, but the prize was usually for the human. This prize though was a pretty bronc halter for the horse. Hawksky removed my tack and proudly put on my new halter. "You did amazing, Willow.," She told me. I beamed. She put me in the trailer and we headed home. (165 words.)
