Is this a golden pearl bay, I assume? Not sure except that it's a pearl and would like to know for a breeding ^^

Yes, he would be bay, since bay + 2 cream make perlino, 2 pearl genes is the same effect, causing perlino, but it gives a more golden color, causing Gold Pearl
