Nightmares are fluffy critters that live under our beds. Despite the hearsay, they aren’t particularly evil or ominous; it’s just they are nocturnal and the sounds they make cause our sensitive psychic to show us scary images when we sleep. They can be mischievous at times, but generally they’re quite friendly, behaving as something in-between ferrets and little kittens! When tamed, they easily learn to sleep at the same times as their owner, not giving them nightmares anymore! Funny story: Raikou is a total nerd, and he loves to play Pokemon- his favourite being Raikou (of course). When he first discovered Pokemon, this little guy would watch me play the game for hours on end. One Halloween I took him to a costume party. He dressed up as (surprise, surprise) Raikou! Everyone thought he was just my dog- keep in mind these were not the most open minded people- and kept saying how cute he was. Apparently, it's not as cute when he tries to claw up people's legs trying to find the highest point from which he could pretend he was a legendary beast. Not only that, but his costume fell off in the process and shocked everyone. Nobody thought twice as they all ran screaming. Raikou didn't care, he was just happy because he'd found a child's still-open Pokemon game, and was quite happy to play it for the rest of the night. (We also got to eat all the food from the party, because no one dared to come back!




That didn't turn out quite as funny as I had anticipated? .-.

Funny story: Vert is was a trouble maker. He used to get into everything from drawers to the fridge. Well, we had just gotten a new fridge, one that had a light when you opened it. Vert decided he was going to investigate it when we were asleep that night. Because he was used to no light inside the fridge, he didn't suspect much, besides, broccoli was in there. Vert couldn't pass up broccoli. Later that night, Vert climbed up to the handles and began to pry the door to the fridge open. Surprise, surprise! The light scared Vert so much, he ran back to his hiding spot under the bed. Now, he doesn't dare try to go into anything. He runs away when we open almost anything now.
