That is the name of one of the three wise men who visited baby Jesus on Christmas. A couple nicknames are Balto, Theo, Zoca, or Ben. I chose this name for multiple reasons. One, he is very childish. The wise men visited a child on Christmas. Two, they were very rich, just as he is. It suits him perfectly!

Balto is a very interesting male. He acts like a female, but refuses to be identified as anything but a male.

Short:
Where to begin! Balthazar is a very fun, loving, and overall strange Viscet. His parents were incredibly rich, so he always got what he wanted. It takes a special person to be friends with him as his constant chatter cannot be ignored. In honour of his coat, he sprays himself with a sickly sweet perfume every morning. He has a serious fear of water and refuses to drink anything but milk and Eggnog, which is another reference to his pattern. He cannot help but laugh at every joke, even the worst ones. His rambunctious nature get's him in serious trouble, as he cannot tell when it would be wise to stop what he is doing. He may be 22 years old, but he acts as if he was 8 or so. Some believe he may have mental difficulties, but the fact is he is incredibly smart. He can ask him an math equation, and within five seconds he would have answered it. No one knows what to make of him or what to do. Theo does not mind what others think of him and he continues on in his ways, oblivious to the world. This may hurt his future.
Detailed:
Fun: Theo will do everything and anything to make you laugh. You want him to squirt milk out his nose? He will go through the pain just to see you smile. He loves the feeling of happiness it brings him. He especially craves interaction and will play for hours on end. No one can deny how fun he is, it's everything else that turns others against him.
Loving: Balto cares very deeply for all those around him. He would willingly sacrifice himself for anyone else, even a stranger. He feels very in tune with the world around him and connects with the emotions of others. Keeping others happy keeps him happy. He wishes that everyone could find peace as he has.
Talkative: Oh gosh. Talkative is a very nice way to put it. He cannot keep his mouth shut. He could be reading a book, watching a movie, or even be doing a sport and he will keep Rambling on and on about unknown things. Most of the time noboby knows what he is speaking about. He constantly pesters and questions surrounding Viscets about personal matters. He just cannot tell when it would be wise to shut his yap. This drives everyone insane!
Smart: Theo is weirdly smart. He knows the answer to any and all questions, as well as being a math genius. Some enjoy this aspect of his personality, but others do not. He does not have a problem with showing off his smarts which can lead to all kinds of issues.
Childish: This Viscet has a very big issue with this aspect. He has no maturity whatsoever. He is suppose to be an adult at 22, but he hangs out with a group of elementary level Visclings. He acts as if he has never grown past a certain point, in his size and brain. He is incredibly small, about 4ft 6', and is very straight forward. He only knows a small vocabulary and even those words are slurred. He still has crying fits and has problems with anger control. He cannot hide or deal with any emotions and must blurt them out to the world. At first glance, many believe his temperament is the cause of a mental disorder, however doctors have checked him numerous times at the willingness of his parents and have found no such problem. This is one of his mysteries.
