Crash! A young girl fell head over feet. The small, young women got to her feet with a stumble. It was 3 'o' clock in the morning and it was pitch black out. She looked around her, to the left and to the right. She was surrounded by magnificent mountains, topped with beautiful dazzling white snow, and her little stables, Moonlight Stables, sat alone in the valley. The stables consisted of the Moonlight Woods, several large pastures and a large set of American styled stables made out of oak. The stables had only just been bought by it's new owner, Aurora. She didn't have many equines but she certainly had a variety. She had 3 Hyrulian Gypsies, 1 kirrin TPH, 2 Bear Run Icelandic Tolters and a Chrysoara Basilisk that called her stable home. The girl looked over her land before getting up. It was 3am in the morning on Christmas day and the young girl would have to get up now if she wanted to be ready in time for visitors. She started writing a list on a piece of scrap paper;

1. Clean out stables
2. Feed animals
3. Clean house
4. Clean animals...

and the list continues. She decided to set work straight away. Soon it was becoming dawn and the girl had finally finished all her chores for around the house and farm. Now all she had to do was finish off getting the meals prepared and get ready for those arriving. After awhile the young girl finally decided she'd at long last finished. The young women decided to read a book, "Horses 101". She was looking for ideas on how to treat the horses at the farm but was having a bit of trouble as she knew the equines could be picky. She placed the book down as the doorbell of her house rung. She stood up and walked to the door to meet a friendly face. "Good morning, got something for you, it says it's important" and with that the postman was gone. The girl turned back in and shut her door. She then gazed down at the letter in her hand. She flipped it over to see a glossy red seal, she recognised it. Her face gently wrinkled up in confusion before her hands delicately opened the envelope, not wanting to damage it. She then takes out the letter before opening it. She read the letter over a good many times before she'd decided that she'd taken it all in. A Christmas surprise? The young girl was beyond confused. Then she heard a noise outside that intrigued her. She stood up and walked to her door again. Opening the door for the second time today she stepped out. In front of her stood a gorgeous dapple grey over stallion. He wore a luxurious red halter laced with a gold thread and on his ankle a perfect bow in identical colours to the magnificent halter. She slowly approached the stallion and stroked his soft grey nose. She then noticed a tag on his halter. Her name written on it. Could this be the Christmas surprise? The young girl assumed it was. She beamed happily. The girl was so overjoyed she couldn't describe it. She set about bringing it in. Getting a stable ready (as she bought a much too big stable for the equines she had) and settled the stallion in. She then set to work creating a name plate for his stable. She had a few spare plates. Finally the stable for the newcomer was perfect. Just like everyone else's but like everyone else's they were slightly unique. She then looked at the stallion. He'd need a name. So on the spot a light bulb switched on. She spoke softly to the horse his name. A Christmas Wish // Miracle

The girl looked at her watch, nearly 7 'o' clock in the morning. She looked worriedly at the wooden door. No movement. She wanted to leave early so she could go out on a ride with her new horse. She sighed. Would she have enough time? She finally decided that she did before scrambling to the door. She walked out into the courtyard and to Miracle's stable. She tacked up Miriacle before getting her stuff.

As soon as she left it started to rain. "Typical" the girl muttered to her new horse. The rain came down handsomely and continued to do so. It didn't give for one minute. She kept her already overjoyed spirit up and so seemed that Miracle did the same. After awhile it become cold enough for snow. So just like the rain, snow came down handsomely. The snow snapped and cracked under the stallions hooves and the snow seemed to dance around them. Miracle enjoyed trying to catch the sharply but somehow gently cold snowflakes on his soft grey muzzle. He snorted a few times as the snow landed but seemed to enjoy it all the same. The girl giggled at the horses playfulness. They continued on until they reached the peak of Moonlight Mountain. A wonderful site to behold. The sun just rising above the peak. The snow dancing and beaming. A beautiful valley below. The girl then looked at her golden watch that shimmered in the sunlight. Oh no! Where had the time gone. Then again they did stop for Miracle to roll around in the snow before she then had to wipe the snow off his tack and off him. She sighed before deciding to head back. The decline seemed to be easier but as the steepness became more noticeable the stallion struggled slightly. He'd obviously never travelled down the mountain, thanks to him being new, that he didn't know it like the other horses and the girl. As the girl tried to steer him to a safer path the stallion decided otherwise. He decided to journey down a much steeper and more dangerous path. They slipped and nearly tumbled down the mountain. It wasn't going the way the stallion wanted. At one point he began to slip so much, he stopped so suddenly the girl was nearly thrown off. About an hour later they made it home. The girl wobbled to her feet at the fact she'd nearly been thrown off a cliff and set about untacking Miracle. After that she rushed off to get everything ready for a Christmas you could wish for.
