i chose her name in the fashion that Celestine means souly the word "Heavenly"
celestial can have a number of meanings, "Sky, Heavens, inhabitant of heaven, celestial body refers to the universe or outer-space past the atmosphere of earth' i was aiming for the thought of stars and the milky-way when i chose celestial

as for celine, it is the roman goddess of the moon, her Greek alternate name would be Artemis. i felt this fit best with corresponding her shorter name the the ideals of her longer one
