Stamm was born and raised on a farm in a rural area of Germany. The farmer and Stamm had an incredible friendship. The farmer had decided to move to America where he could live a better life. He sold his farm and only took Stamm and a suitcase with some old clothes with him. The ship they came across of docked at a pier in Georgia. The farmer had planend to take him and Stamm to Kansas. The farmer wasn't in the Americas long when he got deported back to Germany, leaving his precious cow behind. Stamm was taken to a rescue center and adopted out soon after arriving. She is very happy with her new owner but she still wishes she could go back home to Germany.
