Name;; Abraxas
Name meaning;; In Egyptian mythology Abraxas was a godly figure, the grand protector, with his name meaning hurt me not.
Gender;; Female
Sexuality;; Demisexual -In which someone must have a strong emotional connection with someone before feeling any romantic attraction
What they did on Halloween;; I can still remember it, although years have passed now. Halloween, a celebration of the autumn harvest, a time in which we hide ourselves behind masks, a time of monsters. Halloween was one time I felt at comfort. My mother and I would go out trick or treating, and after a while, we would head home, curl up on the couch, and drink hot chocolate. Those times were the very best.
Personality;;Although she puts on a scary front, Abraxas is truly kind and caring. She is way to overprotective of her few friends, as her deepest fear is being left alone. She tends to isolate herself, fearing that if she lets herself near others she will become her wendigo-like self. She does, however, lurk on the outskirts of society, watching other rpws interact, and wishing she could join them. If in any social situation, she will try and steer the conversation away from herself, pressing the other rpw for information about their life.
She suffers from social anxiety, always fearing that she will do something wrong, or not be good enough, and ruin one of her few and fragile relationships. She will hyper-focus on some small details, and miss more important things. This personality is represented by her first theme song, Woes. (Linked later on)
However her wendigo instinct can kick in, resulting in extremely strong waves of emotions, the two strongest being anger and fear. In this state she will lash out at anyone to near her, or worse. Her kind is well know for caniiniballism, so it is not recommended to approach her if she seems angry or afraid. However, if you ask a question to her when she is like this, she will almost always answer with the truth. She does this because she feels if she must do one horrible thing to survive (Being a cannibal), she should not do other things that are generally tabooed. This includes lying, stealing and cheating, all of which she tries as hard as possible to not do. If provoked she will attack in a flurry of teeth and claws, only pausing later to consider if what was said was an insult or not. There are some things that will trigger her wendigo like self, including someone being mean to one of her friends, someone cornering her, someone attacking someone else in the vicinity of her, and many others. In short, if you are around her, watch your tongue, and keep in mind she does not understand sarcasm. This personality would fit better with the second them song, The Bottom (Linked later on).
Themesong;; Abraxas has two themesongs.
Woes by tom Rosenthal, and her darker song
The Bottom by Sick Puppies.
I thought I could
“One day, Little Red Riding Hood’s mother said to her, “Take this basket of goodies to your grandma’s cottage, but don’t talk to strangers on the way!” Promising not to, Little Red Riding Hood skipped off. On her way she met the Big Bad Wolf who asked, “Where are you going, little girl?” “To my grandma’s, Mr. Wolf!” she answered.” The dainty rpw smiled at the pup in her lap, then continued on with her story.
“The Big Bad Wolf then ran to her grandmother’s cottage much before Little Red Riding Hood, and knocked on the door. When Grandma opened the door, he locked her up in the cupboard. The wicked wolf then wore Grandma’s clothes and lay on her bed, waiting for Little Red Riding Hood.”
The story continued on about how when Little Red Riding Hood got to the cabin, she commented on many of the strange features her grandmother seemed to have acquired. When she commented on the large, canine teeth she had, the wolf leapt out of the bed and gobbled her up. “
As the story came to an end, the pale rpw scooped up her child, carrying her to the one bed in the small house. She rubbed a paw over the pup’s head, where the stubs of two horns were beginning to grow.
“Goodnight darling, sleep well I-“ Her voice broke,” I love you, and I’M – I’m so sorry for what I’m going to do. I am so sorry.” A tear rolled down her cheek, splashing onto the pup below.
When Abraxas awoke, she knew something was wrong. The house seemed empty and cold. The kettle that normally whistled a sweet melody was silent, and the rich aroma of buttered toast that usually greeted the morning was gone. But the one thing she noticed most of all was the fact that her mother was not in the house. She, just like the normal morning routine, had vanished.
The small brown pup climbed from her bed, blinking her green eyes slowly. She padded downstairs, hoping to find even the faintest trace of her mother. Nothing. It was as though she was never there. The pup bit back a sob, curling her tail around herself. After a few minutes of huddled solitude, Abraxas decided that she must do something. She had to find her mum.
The winter air was cold, moaning like a wounded animal. Abraxas shivered as flaky snow drifted down and onto her brown fur. She could see no trace of her mother, yet decided to turn right, heading for the outskirts of Saskatoon. The white blanket below her crunched as she trudged onward. Flakes swirled around, freezing her fur into icy chunks. The small brown pup pushed on, ignoring the biting wind, and freezing snow.
After three hours of walking, the horned pup could barely feel her paws or ears, yet she stumbled onwards, desperate to find her mum. A storm was brewing, heavy grey clouds veiling the sun and the wind wailing. Ice shards bit at her nose and eyes, and Abraxas let out a soft sob. The trees around her creaked and groaned under the heavy snow pack, and Abraxas felt a heavy weariness weigh on her. She was so cold, so tired and the snow seemed like a nest of down, and it would be so easy to fall asleep. She curled her freezing body into a tight ball, wondering why the snow seemed so warm, so thick, so comfortable. Her eyes slowly closed, and her world faded to black.
The world was dark and cold. Abraxas opened her green eyes slowly, only to find a long tunnel stretching out in front of her. She took a tentative step forward. Instantly, lights flickered on around her. She darted her gaze over the glowing rectangles, seeing scenes play from her life. A school fight. A rusted car. A song echoed softly over the walls of the tunnel.
"Sunshine, you are my sunshine, you make me happy, when skies are grey."
Abraxas looked up, knowing what she would see. Her fathers bed, the large rpw pale and sweaty. She stood over the figure, singing softly. Slowly her father grew still and Abraxas' eyes glazed with tears. A white rpw stepped forward, out of a frame. Her mother. The white rpw rubbed a paw gently over her daughters head.
"My child."
She gave a wavering smile.
"It is not your time to join me. You must go."
"Mama! I can't leave you!"
Her mother smiled again, pulling her pup closer to her.
"You must. I will wait here for you. I promise to see you again."
"Mama! I cant leave you."
Before the pup could argue, her mothers figure blurred, fading away into the shadows. Where she had stood sat a small, icy blue crystal. Abraxas wrapped her paw around it, and stepped out of the tunnel. She could have sworn she heared a voice, her mothers voice, whispering goodbye.

"I think she's waken' up."
Abraxas twitched her ear at the noise.
"She moved!" This voice was different from the first, and the small pup murrmered something almost incomprehensible.
"Goodbye mama..."
"Did she just say something?"
"Nah, musta been the birds."
"I swear, she said something about her brother."
Abraxas eyes flickered open. Infront of her a fire blazed, some sort of meat roasting over it. A group of rpws warmed their paws around the flames.
"Look, shes awake!"
Abraxas shook herself softly, looking around the rpws at the fire.
One stood up, and gently spoke to the huddled brown pup.
"Hello. My name is Leven, do you have a name?"
"A-Abraxas."
"What were you doing out her all alone Abraxas?"
"I was looking for my Mama."
"I`m sorry..."
"For what?"
"Your Mama."
"But she promised she would see me again when it was my time...."
Leven`s eyes gleamed over with tears.
"What`s wrong Leven?"
Leven shook her head.
"Nothing..."
Abraxas slowly uncurled her paw, and, she saw it. A small, icy blue crystal. A voice echoed in her head,
"Goodbye"
she murrmered a response.
"Bye mama..."
Interesting facts about the story (Also known as story analysis): Abraxas almost freezes to death, and wendigos supposedly are creatures of ice.
Both of the fairytales mentioned, Little Red Riding Hood and Hansel and Gretel both involve people being almost eaten.
Seeing as wendigos are immortal, although her mother promised Abraxas that they would meet again when it was Abraxas' time to go, Abraxas will never see her mother again, and her mother will be forever waiting for her.

History;;Abraxas was born in Saskatton, Sascathewan. At a young age her father died of an unspecified illness. A few years later she headed out into a snowstorm to find her mother, who was missing from the house. After hours of searching, she curled up in the snow, falling into a frozen sleep. She woke up hours later at a camp of sorts, where she met her motherly figure, Leven. Abraxas came to love her adopted family, yet, nothing perfect lasts forever. The storm came after ten years of living happily with her family. Leven headed out to find food and did not return. Two days later, the storm was sill raging, and Abraxas, once again, set out to find her mother.
This time, however she fell into a crevice covered under the snow, where she discovered the frozen body of Leven. She waited out five days for help, yet eventually, she gave in and consumed the dead rpw. She transformed into a wendigo, forever haunting the borders, and always remmeaing on the outside, refleacting the first time she broke the great taboo.
