Honestly speaking I think this is a pintaloosa. I know is has varnish roan (appy mark), so for the sake of keeping it a pure colorado ranger I'll say that its a Black varnish roan semi leopard appaloosa

I know the reference is hard to see because it is so small, but he has kind of a white frosted blanket on his rump. Also, could you bland the roan part in a little, or add a little more to make it not so sharp. The black marking on his neck needs to be a little less sharp too. If you could use the pen tool with pen and pressure opaticty to make it look a little more like the reference that would be great, Sorry I am being SO picky, I feel bad. I have had this guy planned for a year or so now just never ordered him, and I want to feel a connection to him XD
