Her name will be Taneka

First touch -

I sat inside Rondell's barn, waiting. I messed with my phone, stared at the clock, watched some birds.. Until I heard the high pitched cry of a baby. I ran to the stall and saw a beautiful baby. I edged my way in slowly, doing my best not to disturb Molly. I gently stroked the baby and offered a treat to Molly. I checked the baby over, and found it was a girl. How precious..!~ I helped Molly clean her baby then sent Rondell a text letting them know the baby was born okay. I looked at the baby and giggled as I said "I think I'll name you Taneka." I stepped back out to let little Taneka be with her mother in peace.

First saddle -

I watched the twins prance around the arena happily, playfully nipping at eachother every now and then. I chuckled, walking in. Immediately the twos attention turned to me and they greeted me with enthusiasm. Cyrus nipped my hair and Taneka rubbed her head against me. I giggled abit and put a halter on Taneka. I led her to the center of the arena, with her following happily, her brother not far behind. I set the lead down, looking at Taneka. "Stay." I said as I walked away to get the saddle. I walked back, pleased to find Taneka had stayed in the same spot. I placed the saddle on her and rubbed her face gently. "Good girl!" I chirped to her as I rubbed her neck. Taneka sniffed at me then turned her head to sniff at the saddle. I unhooked her lead rope. I watched her walk around, testing it out on her back. She took off into a trot then jumped over a small stick. I giggled as I turned my attention to Cyrus.

First Ride -

Cyrus was lying on the ground in the arena with Taneka lying by him with her head on his front legs. I walked towards them, smiling brightly. Taneka immediatly bounced to her feet, excited to see what she'd do today. Cyrus got up lazily and yawned in my face. I patted their faces gently and got Taneka's saddle. I saddled her up, humming. Once she was all nice and saddled, I climbed into the saddle. She wiggled abit, not used to the extra weight in her saddle. Cyrus was no longer sleepy, instead he was focused on us, his ears perked up, paying full attention. Once Taneka was ready, I gently nudged her sides with my heels and told her to walk. She walked, but only for a second before squirming again. I chuckled and patted her shoulder. "Its okay, you can do this." I told her as I nudged her sides again. She began to walk, wiggling every now and then but kept going until I told her to stop. I got off and unsaddled her, rubbing her face. I turned my attention towards her brother. "Your turn, Cyrus." I said softly.
