History: Ozone had always held high hopes of his trainer and rider. His parents had stunning gaits, and his were smoother. He was constantly being trained in dressage, preparing for many shows. He was a winner, and he won every show he entered. After 4 years of being the top of the top, his owners thought he would be ready for Olympics, although his trainer argued that he wouldn't be ready. His owners unwillingly agreed to allow him to enter more minor shows, but they were constantly planning on entering him into the Olympics. One day, his owners had enough, and behind the trainers back, entered Ozone into the dressage entry. When his trainer found out, he was infuriated, but had to train Ozone the more complex gaits. It seemed like the stallion was always working. Then, it was time. He rode out into a ring, where thousands of people watched. The music began to play, and a rider he had never known pulled his head up tightly. Ozone tried to shake his head, but the reins held tight. He was kicked forwards, and his rider gave sharp, sudden, and tight signals. Ozone started pawing the ground, and continued along the routine. Finally, the hardest item was coming up. The rider pulled the rein sharply to the left, and snapped Ozone's head back. The stallion reared in rage and pain, and the rider came tumbling down. A gasp rumbled through the crowd, and he charged through a gate, blinded by his bridle. He crumbled down, and cut himself on the ragged wood. The fences broke, and Ozone was soon put under control. Ozone was placed on the auction house, but no one wanted the horse that reared. He was one hour from being sent to the slaughter house, when out of the blue, his trainer appeared, and bought him. Now, he resides in Maple Oak Stables.
