#3572 Blue roan moroccan tovero

Postby waverly, » Tue Aug 11, 2015 12:38 pm

Painted Vaulters! Tolters of this theme have all been trained by top horse vaulters around the world and are being adopted out to new homes to enjoy either more of their career or a period of rest. They are trimmed, clean, and have a slightly lighter frame than regular tolts. You may only have one Painted Vaulter and please don't forget it, so choose yours carefully.

    Breeding Notes
    EE/aa/RR/Tt/Oo
Is cell damaged and cannot breed!

FCFS to the first complete form. You may not post and reserve or edit.
This one has developed Alzheimer's and cannot remember new memories, all they remember is their very beginning start of vaulting
And do not use the same story to adopt a different Painted Vaulter

250 word or more sad story about one of their Alzheimer's experience: Blue stood within his stall, head pressed against the back corner as he dosed, a typical stance of his. He awoke suddenly as he felt the thundering of hooves as a stallion made his way from a trainer, quickly turning to watch as the stallion kicked open the barn doors before heading out into the open. Blue grew extremely big-headed at the sight and began to beat at his stall door, no luck at first and close to giving up, but soon the door gave way and he quickly made his way for the open doors, everyone seeming enthralled with the other stallion as he headed for a road. Blue gave a load whinny as he bucked and reared, making a show, trying and draw attention to himself in his most typical fashion. In the next moment, a barn hand's eyes found the handsome Moroccan stallion and made his way after him. Blue's tails stood high as he began to trot away, though he soon slowed, and finally stopped, looking around before stooping down to graze, having completely forgotten how he ended outside and what he had been doing. The barn hand was soon behind him, calling out to the stallion and startling him badly, resulting in a hoof to the shoulder. To this day Blue is kept under heavy watch, being as the stallion cannot be trusted with himself, let alone others due to his own problems with memory. He cannot stand to be restrained, constantly fighting small battles not only with himself, but with those that care for him.

She had gained a friended. She loved them. She spent everyday with them. Bueaty never wanted to let them go. Then one day, she lost them. She forgot them all because they were at the hospital. She could never rember that happy dog she used to play with. To this day, she still doesn't remember who the dog is anymore.

I'm sorry but your story is not long enough. Please do not edit, rather you can try to still win the tolter by writing more and posting again c:

250 word or more sad story about one of their Alzheimer's experience:
It was time to work Blue like usual. It was 12 pm in the after noon, the usual time to work him. I trailed over to his stall and smiled sweetly at him. " Hey Blue. " I murmured. He let out a whinny and twitched his ear. " Are you ready to work today? " I asked and unlocked the door, pulling it open slightly. He was a slightly dangerous horse everyone said, but I trusted Blue with my life. He was such a sweet heart, I loved him to bits and pieces. He flickered his ears as I approached, pulling the lead off the door and walking slowly towards him. " Hey darling. " I muttered and clipped the lead onto his halter. I led him outside and to the arena. He looked at me with his soft brown eyes and snorted. " It's okay boy, We can do this like we did yesterday. " I comforted him. He didn't remember... It was always this habit of mine to ask him questions and let him do things he doesn't even remember doing. I sighed and shook my head. "We're going to do this today..." I hummed and began jogging to a jump, keeping a distance on the lead from him and I. He trotted behind me, letting loud snorts as he trotted. " I hope he remembers how to do this. " I whispered. He started slowing down, but as if something clicked, he began to actually gallop. He was going faster than I was. I stopped and gasped as I watched him. Moments later, he was soaring over the jump. He remembered...

250 word or more sad story about one of their Alzheimer's experience:
He used to have a love. He used to have a family. But with age, his memories became fuzzy and unclear. It started off with little things, forgetting what time of day it was, or getting lost in conversations. Small things, as if he was running on too little of sleep. With time, it got worse. His name would be called, and he wouldn't hear. He'd assume they were calling someone else. Or his nieces and nephews, they'd come running for a game of chase or tag. In midst of their romping, he'd realize he didn't know them. He didn't know their names. So he'd offer to help these "lost children" find their parents, his brothers and sisters. He'd laugh and say, "You never told me you had little ones, congrats!" Sincerely meaning every word, while his family exchanged nervous glances all around. It wouldn't get better, because eventually, he wouldn't even remember his dear family. He'd become alarmed, hostile, anytime they came to nuzzle him or knock on his stall door. He'd yell at them to get away, bother someone else. And it scared them all of. Who would want to put up with that? So eventually, they stopped coming. They stopped visiting him altogether. These days, he feels an emptiness in his heart, but he can't quite figure it out. He vaguely remembers being surrounded by small foals who called him "Uncle Cord", and loved him dearly. Who were they? Figments of his imagination, or oddly vivid dreams? He couldn't tell you, even if he wanted. [259]

250 word or more sad story about one of their Alzheimer's experience:
She thought she would always remember him. That cheerful puppy that would never leave her side. The mare was happy to have a friend she could remember. Forgetting things as easily as she did was painful. She knickered softly as she nudged the pup, Bobo. Bobo barked at her and wagged his tail. The mare snorted and neighed happily at the pup. The pup barked at her. Both perked their ears at calling. Bueaty looked up to see a human heading towards them. Beauty flicked an ear, wondering what the human what's. She looks at Bobo, scared. She steps back while bobo races towards the human, happily barking. The human laughs and picks up the puppy. He waves to Beauty before turning and leaving. Beauty watched as they left. She weighed and trotted after them, now curious as to why this man was taking her friend away.

Bobo was only gone for a few hours. When he came back to play with Beauty, she only gave him a blank look. Beauty did not remember the pup. She didn't remember the only thing that made her happy. During those few hours he was gone, she lost her happy memories of the pup. All she could remember was the days she was a filly and vaulting. The mare snorted and ignored the happy dog. Beauty would never remember Bobo and the friend ship she once had with the pup.

250 word or more sad story about one of their Alzheimer's experience:
Salem remembered clearly the sensation of his rider on his back, the pressure of her bare feet and her whooping ecstatic calls. He remembered the way his hooves would kick up sand in the arena, the cheers of the crowd, even on the quiet mornings when only her friends and family were in attendance. He remembered it all so very clearly, as though a single thought could take him back to that afternoon, any afternoon spent moving beneath her dancing, twisting feet, the curling of her toes.

Of course, no thought ever achieved that for him. Each morning was a day he could not fully comprehend as a new one; the other horses set aside time before breakfast to explain where he was, who he was. He remembered his rider but not these stablehands, not these people who gently touched his nose and filled his water. He did not remember the horses who called themselves his friends, though they were patient with him and never bothered by his unfamiliarity with them. They introduced themselves each morning with patient smiles. Salem felt guilty that he could not remember them, shamed in the fact that tomorrow morning he would wake up and to him they would simply be strangers once more. It was difficult to process, given that each day it happened again; so Salem spent his afternoons in quiet, his evenings with the others who insisted on keeping him company. They told him sometimes he still performed, though they did not know if it was with the woman he remembered. This at least was something that made him smile.

oh poop, you guys are so fast cx

I am loving this way of doing competitions, I'm not a fan of drawing out my own adopts' judgings and everything, this is pretty fast and efficient and I actually know that the new owners have started a small bond with these guys from the stories. Rachie you should try some of your fcfs adopts like these since people don't seem to bond with them well sometimes. owo

    Anyways congrats babe!
