The kelp that he lives near is beside a beautiful coral reef which only adds to the magnificence and colorful scenery that Hackett surrounds himself with. His two best friends and him have a strong bond and create quick friendships with passing guardians, often starting games with them throughout the kelp. Hackett has a light-hearted attitude that constantly keeps him happy to stay among the kelp and not travel like most guardians.
