Plumerian #576 (Custom)

this is probably the longest I've spent on a design ;v; I re-did the entire design like 3 times because I didn't like it OTL qvq
Anyway, I've decided she's super rad and skilled at combat, and has an obsession with the stars and the universe.
Her info is a huge wip + her item ref will be up sometime laterrr
Edit; thanks for all the name suggestions guys, but I think I'm gonna call her Callisto /but most know her as Nebulae/ c:
She's been approved by Char <3
