-All feathers will be the same.
-No images from google, it must be done by yourself. ((or ordered from someone))
-You can draw a full body pic of the plume, as long as I can see the feather's design clearly.
-Do not draw over the reference.
-Sparkles, glowing, idek what else.. is allowed as long as it's not rare.
-uhmmm, PM me with questions. Don't ask them on here.
-Keep it female! Winner may make it genderless or something like that, but not male.
