the negative side of his personality: Tally is painfully slow in everything he does - he moves like a sloth, whether it be in the pastures or eating his morning oats. Even his vocals are drawled out so slowly, so monotone, that almost no one can bear to hold a conversation with him. In the ring, yes, he will trot and canter, but it's as if he's in slow motion, waiting a second or two before taking another stride, and everything is so disjointed that no can hardly bear to ride him. For lessons, he's used for the most patient intermediate riders, and even then he's so slow that 99% of the time they don't enjoy their ride. Doing anything with Tally is so time consuming, so boring, and the horse doesn't give a care about what anyone thinks of this. He'll simply stand there and yawn as foals dance around him, and he won't even blink if someone bumps into him. He won't answer anything said to him unless he deems it worthy of his time, and even then his responses are short but so drawn out. He's always thinking about time - if he wastes time reprimanding the foals playing around him, he won't have that time later, for doing more important things. He deems things either worthy of his time, or he ignores them completely.

the negative side of their personality: Eva is a liar. It's a problem that developed when she was a filly and just never went away. She doesn't lie about everything, but she certainly does lie about a lot. She spins a tale for nearly everything, and you have to really know her to tell what she's trying to say, or if she's lying. Her lies range from fantastical and obviously fake to very subtle and very believable. She lies to get out of unpleasant things, lies to get out of work, lies when she's sad, lies when she's angry, and lies to try and get people she likes to like her.
