Belgian Kelpie 84

The first of four raptor dogs from the new movie Jurassic World!
This babe is based off of Echo! She has a scar on her face and long teeth.
There will be more dinosaurs, but not until infallible watches the dang movie. >:(

You may only adopt one dinosaur dog but you can try out for all of those that are released.
These dogs are much more agressive and are advised to constantly wear muzzles to prevent fighting. An ocular mutation has affected their pupils, making the normally circular shape into a slit pupil like a snake. It is very difficult to train and contain these dogs. They are not suited for competition.

To win this pup, tell me about your favorite dinosaur!
Please do not repeat dinosaurs, if someone already chose your dino then choose your second favorite!

Favorite dinosaur: Raptors aka Velociraptor
Why:
Why you ask? Well let me explain. The meaning behind their name is "Swift Thief" Which is very true. Raptors are very agilic creatures who know their way around. They are one of the most dangerous predators in the Cretaceous time period. Raptors hunt in packs, which is a higher risk of prey getting killed faster and quicker. Raptors can run up to 40 miles per hour and they measure up the 15 feet in length. They also weigh up to 300 pounds. Raptors are highly intelligent and very respectful to the one who leads them.
Fun fact: Raptors have 6-inch razor-sharp claws on each hand.

Favorite dinosaur: albertosaurus
Why: one of the major reasons why I like this massive prehistoric predator is because it was discovered very close to where i live. I have actually seen a skeleton of one and i think that they are very neat. They are massive… not quite as bug as the tyrannosaurus rex but still an explosive predator that ruled over its domain! they had extremely deadly teeth similar to the T-rex, however, are more powerfully curved than those of Tyrannosaurus Dinosaurs. They were build for power and strength and are definitely awesome!

Favorite dinosaur: Parasaurolophus
Why: In my eyes Parasaurolophus is the proof that boring veggie-saurus aren't really boring. For me it's exciting to follow all those different theories concerning the cranial crest, thermal regulation, behavior, age, genders, resonance body... I'm curious which hypothesis scientists will favor next. ^^

Favorite dinosaur: Maiasaura
Why: There name literally translates to caring mother lizard which I think is pretty cool. I first learnt about them when I was around 4 or 5, thanks to my big dinosaur encyclopedia, and I really couldn't get enough of them. They were the reason I wanted to become a archeologist so that I could dig up the preserved nest colonies... but then I learnt how much a archeologist gets paid and that changed my mind pretty fast; however my love for the mother of the cretaceous period never faultered. It actually grew when the movie Dinosaurs came out and it followed the journey of a Maiasaura, that movie honestly solidified my love for them. I really think what I loved most about the Maiasaura was the reason they got their name; the fact that they stayed with their children till the end and would do anything to protect them, just look at where most of their fossils have been found. Along side their nests, eggs, and young, they were loving and caring so much so that they wouldn't even leave their children when the great death occured.

Favorite Dinosaur: Compsognathus
Why: The Compsognathus was spotlighted in one of the earlier Jurassic Park films, as you may recognize them from this clip from 'The Lost World'. These tiny little lizards are commonly forgotten and or underestimated for their tiny and adorable stature, but I have always held them in high regards for their ability to work together as a unit to take down gigantic prey, as its truly an amazing tactic that you dont see in many creatures from our time.

Favorite dinosaur: Iguanodon
Why: Ehm... The question is, why not? I have always preferred veggie dinosaurs, really, and the Iguanodon I like most because it is not helpless in any way. 'Iguanodon' means 'iguana teeth', as the jaws of the modern iguana look very similar, and I love iguanas! Like a shark's (I love sharks), the teeth replace with age too. They've got an advantage over most of the other veggies because they can stand on both 2 and 4 legs. They also have 6-inch (!!) thumb spikes for defence, they just push them into eyes, belly or neck of the attacker. Awesome, huh? Never thought a veggie could be scary? Oh, and it was the second dinosaur to ever be discovered, I love such facts! :D
And oh, a pic: xXx
It looks about the same as a constipated t-rex haha

Make sure that if you mention facts about the dinosaur that the facts are correct.
If they are not, you will be disualified. ;u;
