I will keep him. His name will be.... Spectral Splash, or Spec for short.

Spectral Splash is a very social little dragon. He loves to chat, and has every new electronic, so he can text his friends. Spec loves to plan parties, especially surprise parties, and does this randomly, with no apparent reason. To him, everything is a reason to party. When you first meet this wind reaper, he seems very tough. He will hardly talk to anybody, but if you break through his outer shell, you have this kind, caring, outgoing, and easily editable dragon, just waiting to surprise you.
