I decided that for my next plumerian, I would let you guys choose the key aspects. O v O
Basically, you can shoot over a PM with up to three characteristics a plumerian can have. (e.g. Mainly brown, fangs, mismatched feathers, curly fur, etc. You can use anything as long as it is physically possible for a plumerian rare or under. :D)
Then I'll stick them all in a random generator, and the first four will be incorporated into that design!!

The generator chose:

bob tail

-Haiirrr {curly hair is best}

purple as an accent colour

black eye white parts

+ slit tongue and glowing feathers suggested in join me
It ended up becoming some sort of galaxy-chocolate thing |D
Anyways, this'll be an item designing contest!! Add whatever items/accessories you wish as long as they are drawn by you. You may commission/draw a base yourself or use this image.
Prettying up is fine, no extras.
