You see, I happen to be a fan of puzzles. Puzzles and mysteries.
Why have a completely normal life when you have the ability to make it a bit more.. interesting.
That's why I left. I didn't want to be hampered by the restrictions of life- I wanted to live. To really live.
So I did.
I left.

"Margo? What are you doing?"
"I need your help."
"With what?"
"Come find out."

They looked for me. Of course they did. But I hid my tracks well. No phone, deleting the history on my laptop,
making sure to wipe the footsteps from my path. I had spent weeks preparing for this. I was ready.

"Why are we here?"
"We need to make sure they never forget to never cross me again."
"What are we going to do?"
"Something crazy."

I made sure to leave in style, naturally. I wasn't going to go without a final hurrah. Everyone who had ever hurt me was going to pay. Not awful things, mind you. No no, I was simply going to make sure that they got what they deserved, that they were met with the full wrath of Margo.

"No- Margo, we can't do that."
"Why not?"
"We can't just waltz in and expect to get out of there alive."
"Whether or not you go with me is your choice, but I'm going either way."
"Fine. Wait up, won't you?"

That night was a night of laughter and pranking, of egging houses and tripping our victims up in their own steps.
And finally, when the sun peeked over the horizon, I knew that it was the last night I would be in this city.

"What's wrong, officer?"
"Have you seen Margo recently?"
"No, not for a couple days. Is everything alright?"
"She's missing."
