so here's Cecil, my new lil' dude! <3 he was inspired (heavily) by WTNV and Mexican Hairlesses ouo But his character will not be SOLELY based around WTNV; I'd like to keep this dude as original as possible.

I know I can't control you guys. I know. But I'd REALLY appreciate if nobody else went with the Mexican Hairless theme? ;v; I'd like to keep this guy one-of-a-kind, and I know I can't force you guys, but I'd really like it if you'd not make another Hairless Sima. ;v;''
