General Info

Chrysaora Basilisk are the prevalent equine creatures that inhabit the world Lucent. They roam by the hundreds, using their unique hooves to score the uneven rock and track down their most vital source of nourishment; evil. The relationship between Chrysaora and humans is a complex one. Chrysaora vocalize like horses, but are also thought to have a syrinx much like birds do and have been recorded displaying a variety of sharp, avian sounds. Their eyes layer over with a dark, murky black until their normal eye color pierces through in a great ball of electric light, radiating toward their victim's open eyes and paralyzing them. The Glare is able to stop both human and creature, and after a few days, unique to other forms of basilisk, the paralyzed being transforms into a sea nettle.

Werbe is quite a dominant stallion, always wanting to have the upper hand of things and be the one to make the big decisions. He can be quite a control freak through this and if he's left not being in control of his surroundings he mostly ends up stressing himself out and leaving him like a ticking bomb that can end up throwing out his anger at anyone who happens to be close by. This is a thing that have made him come out as easily angered by others, which isn't something completely untrue.

Werbe has the tenancy to snap and lash out at others without much of a reason behind it which in turn have made him an avoided Chrys even though his high position in the herd. He's stubborn and never gives up on a fight which have got him to the leader position he currently holds. He's a careless Chry who doesn't seem to care about anything else than his obsession for control and can stay calm in pretty much any situation as long as he doesn't have anyone else trying to take over his control overt he situation.

Guardian likes to be left alone, but whenever he sense that anyone in his herd might be in danger, he would take immediate action to put out the threat. He can sometimes be aggressive when angered and he prefers to stay away from everyone when he's in that mood. He is very strong, and also loyal. Loyal to those who he knows he can trust with his deepest secrets.

Much larger than a regular Chry, Elowen is a large fella, but don't let his size fool you; he's actually very sweet and calm, and he literally wouldn't hurt a fly. Many other Chrys try to avoid him, as his size intimidates them, which is why Elowen is quite lonely. He's even afraid of himself and his strength, always scared that he'll accidentally hurt someone or something unintentionally. He tries hard to show others who he is, since they often judge him right away. But he's also quite clumsy, always knocking into things, which makes them think less of him. He struggles with social acceptance and understanding, and sometimes he falls deep into depression and loneliness, but he manages to stay open and optimistic.

Calm and easy going. Pembo is very gentle, wise and fatherly. He is accepting and often takes young ones under his wings. He is an honorable father and a patient teacher. However, he often lacks enthusiasm and excitement, making him seem disinterested or 'boring'. But, that's just the way Pembo is, very relaxed and quite, but still warm and welcoming.
