Light powdery snow whisks
over his fur as Polar lays
on the icy landscape, his
ears twitching once the
snow touches it. He blinks
open his eyes to see he had
fallen asleep, again. He had
been walking for miles since
the last moon without rest.
He looks up towards the sky,
his eye lids sagging from sleep.
From the stars he could tell
he was almost there...a Few
more miles...
He shakily gets onto his paws
and slowly pads forward in
the direction of a clan he
had heard about; he could
live alone anymore, he didn't
have to live alone anymore...
