I've been meaning too put this guy UFA for a looong time, and it kept slipping my mind. So sorry about that!
((This isn't really necessary, but here:) Since he is an RU to a dragonfly JBD, he is based off a white and black dragonfly, and here is the ref: x.)

Anyway, now that we're here, let's get to it!

How To Adopt
First things first, the rules:

• This JBD is open to everyone that has not met the JBD limit
  
• Spamming is not allowed
  
• When it's time for judging, although viewed as a nice thing, please do NOT post any good lucks (it just creates spam!)
• Keep in mind this JBD is a male
• His name MUST be changed from what it originally was, as it caused a lot of grief in the past.
• Fancying up your form is allowed, but I'm mostly judging on the character you portray
• Try to only adopt (or start a form) if you are serious about winning him. Seeing a bunch of unfinished or potential forms is disheartening </3
• If you have any questions, PM me or post below! I'll create an FAQ at the bottom of this post.

If you've tried out for any character before, this should be basic to you; but if you haven't, here's what you need to do. Basically, you copy the form I've provided, and you fill it out as you see fit in your own post. Leaving something on the form out will disqualify you, but adding in extra tid-bits of information or art, writing, etc. can only help you! (That means yes, extras are allowed!) If your form is a work in progress that is A-OK, so long as you finish filling it out by the end date. <3

Ever since he was a hatchling, Gull loved to build sand castles. He would imagine tiny people living in them, and would even make them tiny village homes so the tiny people wouldn't get lonely. Once Gull finishes the sand kingdoms he was building, He will curl up around it and protect it like the good little dragon he is. Although, he doesn't do very much to stop anyone from entering his sand kingdom. If a bird or person comes along, Gull will smile and say, "Do you want to play castles too?"

Gull was born and raised at Lake Tahoe, an he still lives
there to this day. As a child he would, you guessed it, build
sand castles. Although Gull had siblings, he always preferred
the company of his imaginary people. They comforted him.
Now, back on topic. Gull doesn't really understand that the
lake he lives at is a lake. Because it looks so much like a
beach, that's what he thinks is is. As you can see, he isn't
exactly the brightest star in the sky, but he tries, bless his
little heart. Gull doesn't really have the heart to kill a living
thing, even an insect, which has led him to live off of plants
things tourists leave behind. He was sort of born that way.
Since he was a hatching, he spoke in a friendly, and charming
sort of way.
Gull doesn't mind a little dirt, or any dirt at all for that matter.
He loves all kinds of weather, although he prefers warm,
sunny weather, since rain and snow will wreck his castles.

Gull is pretty much your typical hippie, with a love for
things like butterflies, and flower necklaces. He is really a
pretty chill guy. Although Gull is friendly, he isn't very
social, and will usually won't socialize with someone unless
they approach him first. He always depends on other
people to lead the way and teach him about new things. So
he comes off timid but curious in nature. He's not a very
good listener, but often goes out of his way to do
things for people out of the goodness of his heart. He's rather
easy to manipulate and it takes him a while to
figure out if he is, if he figures out at all.
Although he is friendly, he doesn't have the best attention
span, and looses focus very quickly. The only exception
to this, is when Gull is doing something he is very determined
to do. Like protecting his castles. Some people are surprised
to see him focusing on something for such a long time, but
the castles don't last long either. The sand at Lake Tahoe
is much too thick, and chunky. It's like an endless cycle,
but Gull doesn't mind, he's a pretty tolerant guy.
Gull, does indeed bluff. Quite a lot, really. He has a big
heart, but all he wants is to be cooler than he really is.
Even though he might not speak true words, Gull is very surefooted
and light on his feet. He loves to dance around while
nobody can see. Not to mention his undying loyalty, and
Eagerness to please. Those are two of his best traits.

Salvador is a very gentle, loving
Jellybean Dragon with a spirit of
adventure. He's very caring, but
he loves the wild and enjoys
going out to journey, find new
lands, and just have fun. He loves
water, too, and has a lot of fun on
vacation near the ocean. He's always
enjoyed swimming for some reason-
even when he was super young, he
had no trouble putting his head under
the water, despite his harsh swimming
instructor.

He's always had a soft spot for
nature. He loves adventuring,
swimming, rock climbing, you name it. It
makes it a little hard for him to fall in love,
or make new friends because he's always
travel- ing to different places. He never
stops adventuring, and he lives life a little
too fast. He doesn't realize this, of course-
if he did, he'd probably not stop, though.
He loves his work too much. Ah, yes, did
I mention his job? Sal does what he loves-
he journeys. On his website- salstuff.com,
he sells things he's found on his adventures.

It doesn't make a very good living, but he's
experienced with nature and has all the food
he needs in his house- a wooden cabin next
to a stream in a forest. He eats mostly berries,
fish, and other stuff he can find with the help
of a few nature books he has.

Sal absolutely loves to collect seashells. It's his number one hobby, and he's never stopped doing it. He has a small room in his house that used to be a bathroom- he's turned it into a seashell collection room. He actually has boxfulls of seashells that he's found himself, common to uncommon to rare seashells, brown, white, even a reddish-whitish pink sometimes!

Whenever he goes to a lake (or really, any body of water he can find shells and seashells in) he takes a bucket with him, and doesn't leave until at least three-fourths of the bucket is filled. He then drives home and sorts the shells into their rightful boxes, and goes to bed (because it's usually pretty late by the time he's done). He does it about once a week during the summer, and never during the fall and winter. He never BUYS seashells, either, so his collection is sort of put off during the colder seasons.

His collection started when his dad gave him a huge seashell that he'd found. He absolutely loved it, and made a little wooden box for it (with his dad's help, of course). He still has it to this day, and it stands in the middle of his seashell collection room in its box. He made it a new box a while ago, but he still has the old one somewhere in his room.

That's pretty much it for the seashells, but he also paints them sometimes. Only occasionally, and he sells them once he does (they're really cheap, even though he's great at it). So, I think that's all- I'll see you later! Bye!

the basics - Basic information about Kazuki
name; This bean's name is Kazuki. He is sometimes nicknamed Kaz, although most people just call him Kazuki. He doesn't mind what you call him, as long as it isn't offensive or rude.
gender; Kazuki is cisgender male. He is rarely mistaken as a female; but when he is, Kazuki most likely won't say anything. He honestly couldn't care less if someone mistook him for a female.

If you can't find Kazuki, or if he's ran off somewhere, chances are, he's going to be at the nearest lake. He usually sits down with his back to a tree, either reading, playing on his 3ds xl, or just simply relaxing. Kazuki somehow feels safer when he's at the lake, and it clears his mind if something's bothering him. He'd spend hours just happily sitting by the lake.

where does he live?; Kazuki lives in a large apartment building, on the sixth floor. His apartment door is near the elevator, so it's easy to get to.

5 things that you'd usually find in his refrigerator;
A leftover meal from the night before ► Kazuki wouldn't want to waste food - when he was homeless, he saw so many good foods being put to waste. He always ate whatever he had and didn't waste a thing.
A carton of apple juice ► Kazuki is a fan of apple juice. He drinks it every morning with his breakfast.
Milk ► Who could live without milk? Nothing to put on your cereal, nothing to put in your tea, you can't add the milk to hot chocolate..
Angel Delight ► Angel Delight is Kazuki's favourite dessert. He always has some in his fridge and he usually has it after he has his dinner.
Fruit [commonly strawberries, apples, pears, bananas] ► Kazuki likes to stay healthy, so of course he'd have fruit in his fridge.

5 things you'd usually find in his closet;
His scarf ► He only puts his scarf in his closet when he's sleeping or if it's too hot to wear it, or if he just doesn't feel like wearing it. He wears it most of the time, and it's probably his favourite item of clothing.
Hoodies ► Kazuki almost always wears hoodies, so he always has one in his closet. He has loads of them.
A box. ► Inside the box is a small, dark brown and tattered teddy bear that he's had since he was young. It's name is simply Bear. He keeps it in the box so that he doesn't loose it.
His bag ► Kazuki keeps all his bags in his closet. He likes to keep tidy, and he has specific places for certain bags.
A large jar labelled 'good things that have happened in -year-' ► Inside the jar is small slips of paper. He writes good things that have happened in that year onto the slips of paper, and at the end of the year, he tips it out and reads them all.

His phone & Headphones ► Kazuki always has his phone and headphones on him. He doesn't really use his phone for calling or texting, mainly for music.

Has a massive obsession with video games and anime, especially Pokemon ► He just loves anime and video games. He has figures, posters, plushies, everything. Fear of spiders ► Kazuki has always had a fear of spiders. He freaks out whenever he sees one, and he shakes uncontrollably and usually falls backwards, then pushes himself against the wall. He's just terrified of them.
Fear of robots ► Anything operated by a robot terrifies Kazuki. He can't go anywhere near robots.

Kazuki is generally a very quiet and peaceful bean. If nobody starts a conversation with him, chances are, he won't speak. But if someone does speak to him, he'll be as polite as possible. He doesn't have many friends, and he usually prefers to be by himself. Most beans think he gets lonely, but he actually chooses to be alone. If someone else is with him, he doesn't know how to start a conversation with them and he feels awkward.

Kazuki hates being too close to too many beans. If there's a large group of beans surrounding him for whatever reason, he panics and runs blindly away, even if it means that he bumps into everyone when he does so. He'll do anything to get out of the terrifyingly large group of people.

He says 'I don't mind, do whatever' when he's asked what he wants to do a lot; He just goes along with what others want. Even if he doesn't like the idea, he'd go anyway - whatever makes them happy.

why do i want kazuki?
Oh, where do I start? Hm.. Well, when I first saw him, I actually wasn't going to try out. I posted a wip form anyway, though. I didn't think I would complete it. Then, when I went to school, I kept thinking about this bean, and gradually I thought of an idea for their character and background, so when I got home I began working on my form. I'm actually surprised that not a lot of people have like 5000 word forms with tons of art - this bean is super handsome and I don't see why anyone would miss the chance to try out for him. Anyway. Who couldn't love his design? The markings look perfect. He's beautiful.

I currently own four beans; Skylar, Hashtag, Aussie, and Lawliet [L]. I don't have the money or points to buy a slot, so finding a bean that I wanted to fill my final slot was difficult. But now I've found him. I hope Kazuki can become my fifth and final bean.

what would i do if i win him?
Hm. If judging is over, and if either someone on the JBD chat says 'congrats!' or something, or if I see the words 'winner' in the threads title, I'll immediately check the last page of the thread to see the final post. Then, if I see the words 'the winner is Foxehstar with Kazuki' then I'd get a mini heart attack, stare blankly at the screen and make sure I'm not dreaming. [I have realistic dreams so it's hard to know what's real and what's not haha]

Then I'd type up a 'thank you' post [That would probably be me saying 'AaAAaaaAaaaahhHHH OMG' and some omg gifs] and announce that I own him on the JBD chat, then ask to rp him. Winning a bean is a big thing for me, because I have never won a bean before; I was gifted my first bean, Hashtag [a promised nursery bean], then I was gifted her mother, Skylar, then Hastag had a kid, Aussie, then she had another kid, Lawliet [L]. I wasn't planning on keeping Lawliet but I loved him too much to let him go.

short story 01 - A dream from when Kazuki was a young teen
Kazuki blinked open his eyes, unaware of the fact that he was dreaming. Light blue water surrounded him. He was on his back, under the water. Am I.. Drowning? He thought, his body motionless. No.. I can't be. Kazuki was breathing steadily, despite being under the water. I can breathe just as well as I could on land.

Kazuki extended a paw, reaching out for the light that was shining above him. He lifted his head upwards and attempted to turn over so that he could swim up to shore. But his body wouldn't move. He could move his legs, paws, tail, ears and head just fine. "This makes no sense," he murmured to himself. His words came out clearly; which surprised Kazuki. He could speak too, without his voice being muffled by the water. "I-I don't understand. Where am I?"

Kazuki flicked an ear. A dark shadow was above him. What is that? As it got closer, he realised that it was actually another Jellybean Dragon. But their pelt was shadowed. It got closer and closer to him. He recognised them. He blinked. Was it really her? How did he know, when he hardly remembered her? "Mother!"

She swam down to Kazuki, and he felt her teeth dig into his neck and pull him upwards. He trusted her, so he didn't move or try to break from her grip. She swam upwards until they finally reached the top of the water. She then pulled him to shore. He looked up at her, eyes wide. Her pelt was still completely dark, despite being in sunlight. His mother dragged him across the sand, and stood over him. Her eyes were shining, and Kazuki saw a tear form in both of her eyes, then roll down her cheeks.

"Kazuki, I will always love you, never forget that." She murmured, and nuzzled his cheek. "I'm so sorry." Kazuki opened his mouth to reply, but she was beginning to fade. "Don't go!" he called, but before he knew it, she was gone. "..I. I still need you.." The world then faded to black, and Kazuki blinked open his eyes to find himself lying down in his cardboard box, which was what he called home.

short story 02 - "Why are you homeless?" - a memory
This is a memory I will always remember. I remember what happened as clearly as the day it happened.

I sighed, listening to the rain tapping the top of the cardboard box that I lived in. The box was on its side, with an opening that faced the streets. The box has a clear sheet of plastic over it, which is how I found it, which prevents rain from getting inside. I watched beans walk past me. They were happy, they had a home, a family, friends, and freedom. They didn't understand how lucky they were to have all those things. I didn't have one of them.

A young female bean walked over to me, dropping a few coins into the small box I kept beside me for people to put money in. That was the only way to get money. I smiled and looked up at her. "Thank you." I murmured. They smiled back, "Glad I could help." She stroked my head, and then pulled her hand away and crouched down next to me. "I hope you don't mind me asking, but why are you homeless? Where's your family? Your friends?"

"Oh, no, it's fine." I blinked, my eyes dark. Did they really think I could survive on my own? I thought. I looked at her, and flicked an ear. "I-I'm sorry." She whispered. "But look on the bright side - I'm sure your mother is very worried about you. She's probably looking for you right now, you know. She could be here any moment now." The woman's words sparked hope inside my chest, and after a while, she left. I went on believing that she would come back to me. She never did.

When did this happen? This happened 13 years ago.

Ciar is a JBD who loves himself, even if others feel he is too quite, too antisocial-like, or annoying to communicate with sometimes, he finds himself to be a good person and loves being who he is and he wouldn't want to change a thing about himself. Well sometimes he wishes to be taller or different weights or shorter but thats only occasionally and thats to help others.

Often Ciar can be seen humming to himself or by concerts, or even deep in his own thoughts piecing together music with the sounds from the nature around him.

to do at the lake:
Since Ciar is such a calm bean, all he does is watch and learn. So, at lakes he loves to watch the water lap at the beach and watch how the water ripples.

You are handed a note from the smiling jbd, Ciar seems to have taken a liking to you. It has a list of what he likes. Looking closer you see that right down the middle is a figure looking to the right of the page, show that it favors that side more. You realize that it is showing which side he likes.

You ask Ciar if he can tell you a bit of history. Ciar nods, smiling at you. He scribbles away for a few seconds, pauses, thinking about his life, wondering if he should really include every detail. He shrugs a bit and continues writing with a smile on his face. After a few more minutes he hands you his notebook, it consists of various doodles.

"...." You look up from the doodles and the dragon almost laughs,
and then gestures for your to flip the notebook page.
As you flip it you notice a page of writing.

I had a pretty normal childhood 'til my dad passed away.
That's when I actually became selectively mute, I didn't,
mean to I just sort of stopped talking at the point, but anyway
My mother cared for me a lot and always made sure I was happy.
Around the age of 10 is when I met Nasira though. I was wandering,
near a river and got lost, moments later, a dark red jbd came out from,
the bushes, she was a child also. I was on the verge of crying when,
Nasira found me, I was pretty embarrassed at that moment as I really,
didn't talk to girls at all. Nasira comforted me and helped me get back,
we planned to meet at the river again and then we just met up frequently,
and became friends. As we grew, Nasira came to me one day with,
a bulging pouch. Curious I asked what happened and a yellow baby bean
wearing goggles rolled out of her pouch. "We have a new friend," She said,
sitting and watching the energetic yellow baby dragon prance around
with, it's ducky plush. I smiled back and then that just leads up to now,
Phil, the yellow baby bean, has grown up and we are all the best of
friends.

Personality: Devin is sweet charming and always full of wonder for the new life of outside and and everything that lives in it. He Patient so he can carefully watch some animals bring in new life from a distance so he wont scare them. Also like to use everything,and drawing is most favorite so he can draw creatures doing the unimaginable things.

hates but made it better:
waste that others leave in the forest , but he did try recycling by putting bins around forest and making them forest creature friendly.
Studies:
Devin is a Science/Math geek he loves not a strong work for it but he surly enjoys doing it for anytime of day. Speak Math and science to him you'll have him head over hills for you. He also kind good a machines but not so great he can fix your whole house/home or anything like in a jiffy.

Likes: pineapple ,Butterflies, Camping at night , running through the woods , old tree that have a history behind them
Hate: annoying bugs that some how get in his mouth, staying still, Sour fruit, the afternoon when everything is going to sleep
