This Guy/Gal has a few special things about their design:
-Almost completely plain colored (slight lighter color on underside and paws)
-No Pupils in the Eyes and the eye ref is actually unshaded (thus all the yellow colors)
-Those two dots on the nose really are lighter spots, not shine :3

To adopt him/her you need to design a set of accessories for them
because they are either ashamed/uncomfortable about their very
simple appearance and they want to hide it and/or stand out more.

You may either design the accessories on top of the transparent image I will post below
or you can draw them with the accessories yourself!

You can also commission someone to do the accessories for you.
