What is a Jekinto?
A Jekinto, or commonly called a Kinto, is a small wolf like creature.
Jekinto's have long dragon like tails, large amounts of fluff, long
ears and a long muzzle. The strangest aspect of a Jekinto is the fiery bubbles that burst
from small holes in their back. Jekinto's are cold blooded, and this helps to keep them
warm. Like a Jekinto's fur, these fiery bubbles can come in many different colours...
sometimes even sizes. Jekinto's are most commonly found sleeping in fires. It
is heard that fire is the Jekinto's elemental haven. Jekintos mate for life and
are capable of reproducing regardless of gender. They can have all sorts of mutations
and that adds to the mystery of them. Jekinto's are naturally suspicious of humans,
but once you let one sleep in your fireplace, you're friends for life.

Hehu, I haven't made a adopt in a bit, but that's okay, because I made this lil doll, and there will be a RU to go with this one. I was somewhat inspired by dragons to make this one? Anyways, they're uncommon and have lots of pretty piercings and really love gold, however, that's a cliche thing for a dragon to love, so! This is going to be a contest in which you tell me what this dragon based baby likes to hoard, and then you have to either draw them with their hoard, or you can write a story with a maximum of 500 words about them and their hoard.

This contest will end on the 13th, so you have a bit more than a week to get your forms done. You may pretty up, but no extras.

horde:: for a ruthless and terrifying dragon creature there are a lot if soft spots in this man. for one he doesn't exactly come off an menacing and secondly he collects the strangest of things. samhalen has a strange fascination for fabrics, especially large blankets that he can make soft nests out of and sleep comfortably in the center. the colors that fabrics can off along with their soft and inviting nature are what really draws him to them.

i chose it because it is the more common term of polyethylene
terephthalate, a type of plastic.

Hoard;
Pete hoards plastic cups, he adores them. No matter what kind of plastic,
whether it be a disposable coffee cup or a stadium cup, or just any old
plain cup he will collect it. There's really no reason other than that he
loves them. He does enjoy the fact that they aren't useless though,
they are good for drinking of course. But he also really likes to play
games with them. He likes seeing how fast he can stack them and
unstack them, or he tests himself by putting something under a
cup and swapping cups around. He especially enjoys singing the
cup song whilst moving a plastic cup around in time. Otherwise most
of the cups just sit there.

Writing;;
He stepped into the center of the room, his own little stage. Around him was peaceful silence and he smiled at the audience of plastic cups, their sharpie smiles illuminating. He took a deep breath before singing, his voice filling the entirety of the room. "I got my ticket for the long way round..." He began, each note hit perfectly. And then a beat rose along side it, paws tipping and turning the cup in time with the song. He reached the end of the tune, finishing it off with a nicely finished high note. The crowd of plastic cups went wild, and Peter puffed out his chest in pride. It was fun conducting little concerts, even if he was the only real person there, but the cups were real enough.

He carefully stepped around the maze of his hoard, knowing every placing of every cup. He had a connection with them and though it was a ridiculous thought that he might feel something towards inanimate objects, he did. He felt at least a little friendship, before he had given up longing for anyone else. He was rather awkward, but felt at home with his cups.

He settled down on a comfy bed, plastic cups his replacements for plushies. He enjoyed this, his beautiful hoard of cups that could take over the world one day. His dreams were painted with cups and singing and fun, and a smile curled across his lips once again.

Hoard; Lysander hoards all kinds of things as long as he considers them interesting or valuable. Items that have interesting stories behind them are his favourite and the more quaint something is, the more likely he is to become attached to it and treasure it forever. The Jekinto gathers all the items that catch his eye, but he only keeps the most captivating ones. The less exciting treasures are sold or exchanged for other curiosities in his antique shop.
