Why?: At a young age, Canyon fell in love with the color orange. Ever since she was a filly. Of course, she was a rambunctious and playful foal. So as a result, Canyon would always be playing. Sometimes she wouldn't have a playmate, but somehow Canyon entertained herself. Her mom was forced to stay awake because of her playing, but she didn't quite mind. What she and Canyon loved was the sunset. They'd watch the sun set, and then fall asleep soon after. As Canyon grew older, she stopped playing as much. However, she kept up her habit of watching the sun slowly descend. Ever since, she has been fascinated with the color orange.
