Elvie's Gender; Male
Why is his/her horns glowing?; it glows when he is close to a celestial sorce of energy, it connects him to the other more heavenly relm; the stronger the glow, the stronger the connection he has to the celestial relms.

Elvie's Name; Selene Moonflower. Selene means moon, which is a very fitting name.
Elvie's Gender; Female
Why is his/her horns glowing?; When Selene was a Kitten, her horns didn't glow. She was very adventurous, and loved to explore, especially caves. One night, when no one was looking, she stole into a deep cave, and , leaving a path back for herself, she found a fallen star. It had fallen into the cave, and wanted to go back to the sky. Selene, young though she was, agreed to carry it back to the surface. It took a while, but eventually they made it to the top. The star granted her a special ability to commune with the night sky, and her horns glowed because of it.

Why is his/her horns glowing?; Her horns glow only on the full moon, new moon, or on a lunar eclipse. Artemis can, though, control the glow slightly in the night when she hunts.
