What are Belldandy's?
Belldandys, also known as Belldees for short, are a fluffy little pixie horse the size of a small rodent. The Belldee will fly from house to house, normally through a window, visiting little children and infants before they fall asleep. Their bells hold a certain pixie dust that brings the little ones good fortune and sweet dreams. Belldandy's eyes are always closed, giving them a calm, pleasant expression upon their faces. They can come in an assortment of colors, any colors you could possibly imagine. Though Belldee's can fly, it is less common for them to have wings; their magical aura is what helps most to fly. Belldandys eat flower petals and leaves for the most part, anything else they eat would consist of an assortment of berries or grasses. One thing they love especially, but is so rare for them to come across is tea. They are obsessed with it and will stop dead in their tracks if they see a cup of it sitting on a table or stand. Lots of people leave tea out at night to try and spot the fluffy pixies.

name: Trenzalore (Trenz)
gender: MALE.
What is their trinket? Trenz has 5 braclets that are tied together as one to describe himself. His first is a black one with a flying dragon between two black beads to symbolize his strength and stability. His second is a rainbow bracket to symbolize that he is gay. His third is a Silver chain that symbolizes never giving up. His fourth is a simple white band with nothing on it to remind himself that if he calms down everything will be clear and simple. And his fifth and final bracket is still a mystery, he hopes that once he gets engaged to his love that he can add a special bracket as a sign of love for his partner.
why is it important to him? Because it helps him remember who he is when his anxiety attacks hit him. They tell him that he is strong and that he can make it through being scared.

why is it important to him? Call him sentimental, but Zach loves this little giraffe because it reminds him so strongly of his childhood, and who and what he is meant to be as a belldee.
Ever since he was a young baby, little Zach has adored giraffes. Their enormity, lovely long necks were the initial novel attraction to a young little boy, but never has he given up his passion for them. So, seeing his deep love for them, his mother and father both were always getting him little girrafe-like gifts that cheered him to no end. However, they could only get him small; acacia leaves, giraffe-spotty-things, the like. It cheered him to no end but being a little boy they were bound to break and wear down. He cherished them, however, as long as they lasted. This was not to last; because Zach, through his childhood, had always been patient and respectful (as much as a toddler can be) his parents both agreed that for his birthday, Zach would get a reward he would surely adore and one that would last forever, carrying around what he loved most of all; a giraffe for his very own! Seeing that actually procuring a living giraffe would be both impractical and impossible, they got him the next best thing. A giraffe pendant. He loved it! Although it was on a bracelet which was not very manly, he treasured it beyond all measure.
Then he started to grow up. That is never an easy thing to do; I am sure you know. Zach got very moody in his teens. He was a big boisterous male and he was very loud and always active. He wanted to do whatever he wanted when he wanted without anyone telling him what to do. And his parents disciplined and disciplined but he was having too much fun! He wanted to do whatever he wanted and he WOULD do whatever he wanted. He didn't need to do anything he didn't want to. It was then he began to neglect his duties and his giraffes. The bracelet lay limp around his wrist, tarnished, muddy and forgotten. Then, one day, he saw a group of school children. They were sitting in a classroom (although he didn't know that) and working hard. Why aren't they playing? They should be outside having fun! Not doing boring work! But then he started to listen in. He heard talk of weird things he didn't care for like biology and hats but also of something else. Somethings called responsibility. Integrity. Wisdom. Growing up! And he realized; he had a job to do. And he'd forgotten all about it.
It wasn't easy going, but he did it. Zach slowly started learning. From the school and his parents, of course. He took his duties seriously. Picked up his act. Belldees were there to give good dreams to lovely children, not to play prancing pony all day! He began to grow up. Zach learned that no, sometimes doing work was boring but it needed to be done. He had lazy relapses, but it was time. He shined his neglected giraffe pendant daily and always remembered to take care of his things.
Now, he keeps his giraffe pendant (shiny and clean as always) as a reminder to him that things need to be taken care of and that as a belldandy he has a duty to do to distribute dreams around the world. But it is also a reminder that, while he shouldn't be silly and always playing and having fun, to always keep his childhood with him.
