Welp. Hangzhou decided to cosplay as Pikachu! He has just started to hoard Pokemon.
I swear, he gets addicted to every game he starts to play x3 No worries, the costume is
removable (it's a jacket) and Hangzhou's ears are party hats colored to look like Pikachu.
