Helpful tips for your form:
-Keep it concise! Long walls of text are difficult and sometimes painful to get through. Quality over quantity.
-If you choose to make art, try to relate it to the character's personality. It makes it more interesting.
-I do love pretty forms, but not if it makes the form too busy and distracting
-My biggest pet peeve are random likes and dislikes thrown in as a space filler. Make sure everything has a purpose c:

"Hi, my name is Mirabelle! It's nice to meet you."
That's a pretty name. What does it mean?
"You know, I'm not really sure... I think someone told me once that it means, er, wonderful? Yes, that sounds right."
Do you mind if I enquire after your gender?
"Not at all! I'm female."
And your sexuality - again, if you don't mind?
"No need to be shy, love! I am pansexual - open to all!"
I'm assuming, then, that you won't mind me asking your age.
"Now you've got it! I am 23 years young, born on the third of August."
What do you do for a living?
"Art! I've dabbled in almost every kind of visual art, but my favorites are making pottery and painting, so I chose those two things as my profession."
How would you describe yourself?
"Me? Oh, well, artistic, I suppose. I'm quite clumsy, though, and I think I can be annoying sometimes."
Okay, how do your friends describe you?
"Hmm, what have I heard them say? Er, a few of them have called me 'sweet' and 'perky'... a lot of people say 'creative', but I think 'artistic' is a better word. 'Creative' makes me sound more talented than I really am. One of my friends even called me 'perfect' once!" *blushes* "Very flattering, but of course it's not true. I'm no better - or worse, of course - than anybody else."
What is your favorite memory?
"Oh, it's so hard to choose! There are so many!" *frowns* "I suppose... I'd have to go with my 15th birthday. A few of my friends and I went to an art gallery. There was all kinds of art there! Paintings, sculptures, glasswork - it was breathtaking! It helped very much to inspire my own art."
Okay, just one more question: Do you have a favorite quote?
"Treat everyone with politeness, even those who are rude to you - not because they are nice, but because you are." *smiles* "I try to stick to it! It's very good as a personal philosophy."
