First touch

First saddle

The creature danced around her, jumping out of reach each time she comes near enough to touch him. He made sounds that nearly sounded like he was laughing. The dance must have been on for at least an hour, sometimes he nipped at her hair, others he even jumped over the rider. His head buffing hers from behind making her stumble. He made those laughing sounds again and pranced away, tail swishing playfully.
She sighed and shook her head, she could just try another time.

Behind her the creature had stopped and stood and watched her with his head cooked to the side. He seemed to consider something, then carefully and quietly began to sneak up on the rider from behind. She frowned like as if she was thinking about something, but shook her head and continued to the stables she was heading to. The creature still sneaking after her.
He continued following her, but soon seemed to get bored. He trotted away from her, shooing the rider away with his tail to get to the stables faster.
“Narali!” she exclaimed. The creature ignored her and walked uncaring into the stables and his own box and buffed his head against the saddle lying over the box door.
She huffed and rolled her eyes when she comes close enough to see what he was doing.
“So now you are interested?” she crossed her arms over her chest, the creature just buffed the saddle again.

“yeah yeah okay, but you have to move to the ladder, I won’t be able to reach and get it on you otherwise” she huffed and picked up the saddle and followed the creature when he stood as close to the ladder as he could get. She climbed up on it laid the saddle over his back and buckled it. The creature didn’t act like it was even there.
“Happy?” she said sarcastically when she was done.
The creature made a laughing sound again and bolted out of the stable with the saddle still on and the game was on again.
