This is the younger sibling of Spottedpuppi's purgo, Oreo.
They are both based off of Peruvian Hairless dogs... and icecream x3

So this will be a bit of a longer contest, Spottedpuppi will be judging it.
You must be able to RP with Spotted, a fanforum account and access to the chat is preffered but not needed

he.. is neutral with his bro oreo. he doesn't exactly.. like his bro's hair and thinks that his bro is a " neapolitan wanna-be " so he can often be seen yelling harsh nothings at his brother.. yet knowing him and his rude attitude it can be said he will yell at anyone but never mean it. he does love his brother a lot.. yet he also hates him. down to his guts. he doesn't like to share things with oreo at all and he sure as hell doesn't want to tell oreo about any secrets of his at all yet when he is crying his eyes out he wants nobody else but oreo to be the one to help him feel better. if anything he could be able to live without oreo but when times are hard he would yell all night for his brother. oreo to nea could be his worst family-member friend ever or he could be the guy who he loves more then the whole world. it all honestly depends on how nea is.. feeling. if any-thing, they're like fighting siblings, of which one is too protective and nagging on the other. he doesn't exactly like oreo's protective manner towards him.. and he always gets mad when his protective acts like he can protect him from the public.. though he's quick to forgive his bro as long as he gives him free ice cream.. but despite how cruel nea is, he loves his brother and would seriously be confused if he lost his brother.

he was curled up on the couch, tail wrapped around his body as he had his chin resting on the arm rest. he hadn't been able to get to sleep and it was around one in the morning.. he had a somewhat stuffy nose and he was feeling.. very light-headed. strange though. he wasn't sick. he knew the two bro's never got sick. ever. he wouldn't start now.. it was nothing. nothing at- he suddenly burst out coughing, his back arching at once as he leaned over the arm rest and kept coughing up. two seconds.. five seconds... if he didn't stop coughing soon he swore he would lose a lung or something. stop the godd- he coughed even harder, cutting himself of his own thoughts. his chest and throat were on fire now, his eyes had tears running down his cheeks and now his hands were digging their nails into the brown plush arm rest. when would this.. " nea ? " oh. hell. no. whipping his tail from its curled position around his leg he pulled the fluff tip up towards his mouth and at once bit down on it, preventing the noise of his louds coughs yet not stopping his chest from rattling, even if his back was hunched still.. oh wait. this looked bad. fufufufu- " nea. what the hell. " he heard the voice of oreo and saw his older brother besides the lamp across the room. letting goo his tail he realized he had stopped coughing yet his face was still a bright red. growling he bared his fangs and narrowed his eyes, " don't say that to me. what are you doing up at this hour ? your never up this early. " he snapped back, moving his tail from his face and turning his body, his nails releasing their death hold on the arm rest ( he left holes there wow ). his tail was now straight out behind him, it being squished up against the couch and his curly hair getting in the way of his eyes. his brother had gotten a trim pretty recently but.. he decided against it and let out a string of curses against anyone touching his hair. so he was slightly blind but.. he was also mostly good. " when you hear loud coughing it doesn't exactly let you sleep dum-dum. " oreo replied, his tail dragging against the ground and his eyes narrowed. he looked rather pissed.. or maybe just being protective. as always. forcing back a flinch he instead shook his head, " well im fine. go back to bed. now. " he hissed out, the light pink of his eyes almost glowing with pure rage. oreo paused his breaths for a second before a smile crossed his lips and he looked at nea with a rather hoffifyingly-amused look into his eyes. he wouldn't dare- " neee-aaa~ your sick aren't you ? " he purred out and he wanted to go die in a ditch. the stupid rat had put two and three ( pfft three) together. " NO IM NOT. " he shouted out, his ears on his head now flat against his light curly brown hair. " SO GO BACK TO BED- " --- " nea, my main guy, love, mate, little bro, calm down. i wanna be sure your okay. " his brother said, cutting off his loud shouting.. heh. like that would do anything. eyes narrowed he grabbed the nearest thing to him, which happened to be a remote, and flung it across the room at his brother. hopefully he could catch because.. oh dear now he felt really bad about throwing the remote. if it hit him it could hurt him.. oh god. that sounded bad. very very bad... now he was shaking. his tail hurting being pressed upon the couch.

.. still worrying he was shaking in the short matter of seconds.. although he was pretty reassured when oreo easily caught the object and smiled. " 'm colorblind nea yes, but i can see when an object is flying towards my face. " his brother said and he let out a shaky sigh of relief before looking down. was it this hard to admit that little bro had gotten sick ? answer; yes. growling he just shrugged, " alright then. " stupid brot- oh god. here he goes again. he started hacking again and his throat still burned from before so this.. this just hurt so much more. covering his mouth with his tail he watched his brother /hurriedly/ set the remote down to trot over. " not sick. open your mouth up. even if you are coughing. open. " he muttered, sitting in front of him. hell n- oh god ow. ow ow ow. opening his mouth after awhile, the coughs still choked him.. yet even so his brother grabbed his chin and flicked one of his ears down at the coughs and choking sounds in his face. " just what i expected. your throat is sore, coughing, a very stubborn little bro. its proves it all. yOUR SICK. " he said, a snicker sneaking its way in as he gave jazz hands and his brother slapped them. " i knew i was sick. all along. " no he didn't. not really. he was just.. sorta.. reluctant and new to being like this. he didn't like this. his brother chuckled before shrugging and muttering something like " sure you did. " this made him growl. flicking his tail he closed his eyes and shook his head. " just help me jerk. " he snapped, eyes flashing open to see his brother covering his mouth and snickering. growling again he bared his fangs and narrowed his eyes, ears flattening against his head.. even with that though, his brother snickered louder and waved a hand before getting up, spinning on his heel and walking out of the room, tail swishing out behind him. sighing when his brother left he pulled his tail around and snuggled his nose into the fluff.. comfy. purring in his throat he closed his eyes and smiled in his tail... even if his throat hurt and he was about ready to cry at the burning pain. sniffling into his tail he flicked his ears upon hearing his brother come back. about time.. ( really ? only three minutes is late ? ) flicking his tail away from his face he looked at oreo and wagged his tail, leaning forward on the couch with a smile. his brother stopped in front of him, bent down and gave him a small cup. " drink it. " he commanded and flinching he looked at the swirling light purple liquid.. okay then.. lifing the cup to his mouth he drank the grape-tasting medicine in a heart beat.. it feeling good against his sore throat. pulling away from the cup he felt his brother take it and slowly lay him back, his tail curling up between his legs and on his stomach. " night nea. just lay down and get better okay ? " oreo purred out lightly, giving him his pink blanket and giving him a light kiss on his head.. when did he get a blanket ?.. " aright.. night ollivander... "

Realationship with Oreo: Cookie's and Oreo's relationship is outstanding. They are like two peas in a pod. If cookie simply gets seperated from dear Oreo, Cookie will cry a river. Cookie is always by Oreo's side and wants to do everything she does, or she does what Oreo is doing.

Also, someone asked me this, so I thought I'd clear it up. Oreo is not fully blind, but he is only able to see in twocolors, white and grey. So if you were wondering about his eyes, that is it,so i suppose it's true with this little guy to in its grey eye!
