His original owners disappeared after a trip, ending him up at CWHR where he was adopted out. Though timid at first, Steve is the biggest sweetheart one would ever have the pleasure of riding. He is incredibly protective of his owner, and there had been stories circulating CWHR that he had chased off a mountain lion while out on a ride with his original owners. All in all, Steve is a real treat to be around.
