his name is toby and he is a traveling 'psychic/merchant', but in reality he's just a con artist, he actually gives away most of the money he makes though. i am really excited to have him omg
he keeps his looooong hair in a bun coz it gets messy if he doesn't, and don't touch his scarf ok.
he's also blind but he sees in different ways, mostly through touch, but when he touches stuff he steals stuff so woops.
