Story:
A warm feeling spreads through my heart as I run out from the shelter of my tree. The sun wasn't as baking hot as I thought it would be... During the winter it is always excruciatingly hot... But its not. Instead a light gentle breeze plays with my glittering mane. I begin to walk to my usual winter spot, a wide open field, filled with the most brilliant colored flowers. The sun twinkles but does not bear down upon me like the usual. I wrinkle my nose. Then a thing goes through me. I start to shake. I'm... cold. What is this? Am I actually shivering? It feels funny yet terrible, and I can't make sense of it. I roll in the grass, trying to shake the cold off of me, but it won't go away!
"Stop it!" I nicker nervously.
When I stand up, I remain shivering, and my teeth start to click.
"STOP!" I say to my teeth, quite frightened. Am I possessed?
A perfect, small, dainty white droplet falls delicately from the sky and onto my nose. I, as a horse, let out an awkward sneeze like sound, and it falls to the floor. It is so precious, so beautiful, so mysterious. I step on it.
Then more come. They come and come, falling from the sky.
"I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt your friend!" I squeeze my eyes shut when a ton land on my face. What will they do to me?
They don't do anything. Water slowly begins to run down my nose as they melt away. I can't help but to laugh. I snort and laugh, pouncing on the little white droplets. I crush them beneath my feet and shake them from my tail. I run around the field as they collect, turning the grass white.
"No! Don't poison my grass!" I call and try to dig at the white with my hooves. It gives away like soft dirt, and there is my precious food. "Its a blanket!"
I don't even notice how much I shiver as I play. I roll in the white, dig it, roll it into balls. It flys everywhere when I run and I laugh all the way. I never want this fun to end!
I am about to start a conversation with my new friends, when I come to a hill. "Sooo." I say. When the white doesn't respond I try again. "S-" I am cut of when I trip, fall, and roll down the hill. "no, no, no! OW!" I say when I hit the bottom. "Hm. S-no-ow. Snow! Yes, thats what I'll call you! Snow!"
It keeps getting colder, but it doesn't bother me much. I never really liked the heat. All of my friends are all warm cozy colors, and so I knew there was something more to my coloring. As the night falls I walk alone to my favorite waterfall. I go here every winter. This winter its different. Its glowing, crazy glowing. The rock wall that used to be behind it is completely disappeared. The water from the fall is completley coming from no where. Its just... There. It seems to be drawing me in, calling my name. I hesitate to take a step in, but I do anyways. Its freezing, but I keep walking. I can't control it, I just want to walk in. Then my tail begins to shake. What once was purple on my mane and tail became and icy blue, almost as glowing as the water. It was amazing. It wasn't painful, so of coarse, I was happy. I jumped in the glowing water, sending it everywhere just as I had with Snow. I massage my back under the waterfall and dive into the depths of the water.
It gets later, and I lay on the bank. I struggle to stay awake, but my heavy lids can't stay open anymore. When I open my eyes, Snow is gone, the water is normal, and the sun beats on my back. There was not even a trace of Snow anywhere. But I notice three red berries and two leaves. Holly. It was a goodby gift. I scurry to look at my tail, but it hasn't changed. It still glowed with the beautiful colors of the new winter.

Personality:
Legend is a bit oblivious to what snow is. She is still funny and goofy and loves to enjoy herself. Legend is much different from other basilisks, and is one of the friendlier ones. As A child she was left behind by her family because of how different she was from the rest. She doesn't use her paralyzing power much, and just tries to make friends. She can always make you smile when your down and loves to help out. Legend is super playful and will play almost any game. If you want to hang with this goofy girl, your in for a treat!
Love Life:
Nuh-uh! Legend is independent when it comes to stallions as mates. Besides, she is more of a friendly character than a romance kind of gal. It would just make everything awkward. But thats just temporary. She needs to commit to herself before she can try to commit with another Chrysaora Basilisk.
Song:
OH! Gorgeous! Big wip!
