The brisk wind came to an abrupt stop as our eyes locked. The world stood still as we gazed into each others eyes, dumbstruck that we had found each other in the blizzard. There was no sound in the heart of the city, just the sound of breathing. My ears stretched back, small droplets forming at the corners of my eyes. The tears wouldn't stop and fell to the ice covered ground. I couldn't stop crying, but I didn't care. I saw her. She ran over, screaming "I love you" repeatedly. I loved her too, and nothing could change that.
