This egg fell into a large Christmas tree. When December came, the tree was cut down and placed in a town square. As the decorations were put up, the egg gained decorations as well as tree markings. The star has been placed on the top of the tree. Now that the tree is complete, it's time for the egg to hatch as well.

My Oma (Great Grandma) used to make ornaments like these all the time.
So they are very close to my heart as she can't make them anymore.
I am trying to learn how to make them myself, properly anyways.
