This boy's name is Lucas Whitewater. He is widely called the simple name of Luke, but he will accept any friendly nicknames given to him.
Name meaning;;
Luke grew up in no family who absolutely loved water, conveniently enough going by the Whitewaters. Following in his family's footsteps, Luke could always be found frolicking around in some puddle or stream, playing around with his siblings. Even as an adult, Luke loves water, and enjoys a good swim whenever possible.
Personality;;
Overall, Luke is very, very friendly, and will never pass down the opportunity to meet a new pal. He has quite a few friends, but is close to only a few. When around others, he acts very competitive, usually challenging others to races or other contests. He normally sort of lures them in with an insult, but he's always sure never to make it a very big insult. Is usually something childish, such as, "Come on, you chicken! You're not good enough to beat me!" He isn't really very arrogant, as he only says things like that to lure friends into games and such they normally wouldn't participate in. He is rather loud and incredibly talkative, which can lead others to thinking his annoying, and thus disliking him. Under all that competitive, loud nature lies a big softie who can be a truly great friend, though, and it's always worth anyone's while to try and make friends with Luke.
So, in short, Luke is friendly, playful, and lovable, but he's also overly competitive, loud, and can be a bit annoying.

Water
As stated before, Luke absolutely loves water. It's just a thing that runs in the family.
Summer
Summer is the greatest time to go swimming, right? It's nice and warm out, so the water's great!
Smooth jazz
Luke loves the sound of smooth jazz. If found listening to music, it'll normally be that.
Thunderstorms
Rain is Luke's favorite weather, and it tends to pour excessively much in thunderstorms, so he loves them.
Sweet foods
He was never really sure why. He just loves any sweet food.

Overly cold water
It's horrible to swim in, and also dangerous. He tends to avoid it.
Cold weather
Cold weather in general just makes it terrible to swim... So winter? Fall? Not his favorites, either.

Luke strongly dislikes sport fisherman. They kill off fish living in the water for fun... Who would do that?

He lived by a large river as a child, but now lives by a large lake. Both are wonderful to him.
Despite his love for water, Luke is actually afraid of drowning. That's why he mostly hangs out by tiny ponds and streams.
