Alright, so firstly this Pusa's eyes GLOW. The glowing is a pinkish/white glow, that is very light.
As well, the 'stuff' on it's paws (pink) is up to you. Please note its not part of the actual DESIGN. The hair highlights are also _____.
Your job is to explain in a fun, cool way why he/she(s) paws have on them, and why it is in their hair!

But that's not JUST it. You also have to design the arm fins, and horns. YOU get to decide what is in their horns, and you get to decide what the arm fins look like. We hope you enjoy this competition, and have a great time with it! (Note this also means you are able to design the horns/fins, please keep in mind you can only use max two NEW colors on the actual fins.)

ambre's horns are very pretty, but they do get in the way sometimes.
the horns theirselfs are spiky and brown, the color being much like her
coat, but darker. they also have some of the pink goo dripping off of
them. they have a strange 'glow'. they don't actually glow, but they always
seem to, and from a distance it seems to join with the eye glow.

why is it in their hair?;;Well , she was walking on day and saw a bag that had been dropped with half of its content spilling out , and one of them caught her eye "MANIC PANIC: Coral Dye", and since she loves to paint his hair and fur she got some of it out and rubbed her hair on it. While walking away she also happenned to step into some, getting her paws all dirty.She also managed to get the person who dropped the bag's carkeys.
