Postby tiny-fire » Fri Aug 22, 2014 1:06 am

Sorry to post two in a row, but I just had to post this special girl<33
This will be a unique contest of sorts - you may not include any art of her in your form. You may include unrelated images and fonts, etc, to pretty it up, but no art may be drawn of her in your form!

You may add special coding as said above to make your form pretty, but I will be judging on the writing more. uwu

This is to give those unable to order/make art a chance to win a plumie just by writing or whatever other ideas you have, and just for anyone who enjoys writing!

The necessary parts of the form are shown below but you may add as many extras as you'd like. Just remember, quality over quantity! :'3

    STORY OF A FLOWER. . .
    //THAT I NEVER FORGOT.

    _____________________________________

    "Iooooooooooo!"
    The duck alarm clocked quacked loudly as it wobbled back and forth, it's wings flapping wildly about.
    "Ioooo⎯⎯⎯!"
    "Ayeeee! I'm up!"
    A young Plumerian jerked upwards, then immediately leaned towards her side table and gently smacked the alarm.
    Yawning, she looked around her small room. Like any other little girl's room, it was filled with stuffed toys and whatnot. Sighing, the Plumerian got out of bed and glanced at her duck alarm clock, which had fallen silent but still kept wobbling about.
    Saturday, August 25, 2001
    Okay. So it was the weekends. But what was the time?
    9:02
    Wait. Why was it so early? Why was she woken up so early? Why did her ducky clock wake her up so early?
    Why did she still have that duck alarm clock?
    Then slowly, her mind awakened and the young Plumerian jerked upwards, suddenly remembering something, then rushed to the bathroom to take a shower.

    ❀ ❀ ❀

    9:28
    The digital clock in the dining room beeped, as the Plumerian stuffed Lucky Charms into her mouth.
    Still dripping wet, drips of water from her neatly combed, but not completely dried hair, landed on the red tablecloth covering the plain, wooden table.
    An older Plumerian walked in, carrying a plate of microwaved lasagna. Noticing the water stains on the tablecloth, she let out a sigh.
    "Iola, how many times have I told you to dry your hair completely after taking a shower?"
    The little Plumerian licked her lips as she lifted her head, meeting the other's eyes.
    "Sorry, Ma."
    Iola, the little Plumerian bowed her head, causing more water drops to land on the tablecloth. With a sigh, but gentle expression on the mother's face, she glanced at the bowl. "Are you done, Iola?" The older Plumerian took a seat as she ate the lasagna, waiting for Iola to answer. "Yes..why?" Iola looked up and noticed her mother's gentle expression. "They leave today, right?"
    "Yes," Iola replied with a nod as her mother nodded, "Alright, I'll drop you off there."

    ❀ ❀ ❀

    "Thanks Ma!" Iola climbed out the car as she stepped onto the side walk.
    "I'll pick you up later dear," Her mother smiled and kissed the little girl's cheek, who gave a light giggle. "Okay!" Waving, she watched her mother drive away to work as she turned around, facing a two-story, yellow house. With a smile on her face, she walked with a spring in her step, and rang the door bell.
    "Who is it?" A voice rang from inside as Iola lifted her head, "It's Iola!" The little Plumerian heard footsteps approaching towards the door and Iola heard the lock click open as the white painted door swung open. Looking up, Iola met eyes with a tall, Plumerian, who was smiling down at her. "Akina's in the backyard," He replied, and moved to make way for Iola to enter. "Okay, thank you!" Rushing to the back door, Iola noticed boxes and luggage in the living room as she passed by it.
    Opening the screen door, Iola looked around, the scent of fresh flowers and nature around her. Climbing down the steps, she saw a young Plumerian about her age, and snuck up to her. Once Iola was near, she pounced on the other, who gave a surprised yelp. "Ayeeee Akinaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" Iola yelped as she pawed playfully at Akina, who managed to tackle Iola as they rolled about in the back yard, laughing as they tried to paw at each other's faces. Akina was first to give up, after Iola successfully managed to tickle her sides. "Aha, Io stop! Aha!" Akina yelped as she tried to struggle free, but failed since Iola was on top of her, who obediently stopped tickling Akina's sides. They both sat up, dusting their pelts and looked at each other before bursting into laughter.
    "I'm going to miss you," Akina said after a while, smiling at Iola.
    Iola grinned back, "Me too."
    They continued to look at each other before Akina got up, and motioned for Iola to follow her. Iola obediently did so, as Akina lead her to a patch of pink lotus flowers. Glancing at Iola with a smile, Akina took a lotus, lifting it from the ground gently. Turning to Iola, she placed it on her hair, and spoke.
    "Lotuses are said to be a symbol of purity, and whenever I think of the word purity I think about how free and happy you always are, Iola. So I'm giving you this flower as a gift from me, a forget-me-not flower."

    "Iola! Barbecue's ready!"
    Iola lifted her head from her doodling book as she sat inside the tent.
    "Okay! I'm coming!" She replied, putting her belongings down as she got up and zipped the tent open, and looked around.
    They went camping today, for a time period of three days. To Iola, who loved being outdoors, had enjoyed camping so far. It was her first time actually, they had traveled to some place in Canada to visit one of Iola's relatives, who came up with the idea of camping. So before heading back to Iola's home town in the states, her family decided to go camping for Iola to experience.
    As the little kit neared the barbecue station, she smiled at her father, a tall male who always had a cheery aura on him. Looking around, she spotted her mother doing her usual thing, photography of other campers, nature, or the sky itself. Iola smiled at her parents as she continued to look around, and lifted her head to meet her father's gaze, who handed her some barbecue on the plate. "Here you go, Io!" His father grinned happily as Iola bit into it, the juicy taste of beef exploding in her mouth. "Mm, yum!" The kit grinned happily as her father smiled, "I'm glad you love it, Io! Now go give one to your Ma," The male handed Iola another barbecue stick and bounced to her mother.
    Her mother busied herself readying the camera and pressing the button, the shutters clicking as it captured precious moments. Iola smiled, approaching her mother with a barbecue stick in paw (see what i did there? c; ), "Ma!" Iola cheerily chirped up as she handed her the barbecue, her mother smiling at her and took it gratefully. "Thank you, Io." Iola smiled and took her seat next to the female, sitting on the log as they stared into the sky. Then, Iola noticed something.
    "Ma! Look! It's glowing!"
    Colors flashed above as the stars twinkled brightly, waving around like a banner fluttering gently in the wind. The sight made Iola laugh happily as her mother glanced down at her with a smile, handing her the camera. "Do the honors," Her mother grinned as Iola took the camera, and raised it up to the sky.

Username;;
    Hello, I'm .pk love and I currently own one plumerian. As you can see, I'd love to add another to my little family, and this girl is just the one.

Name;;
    Calliope - [Kah-Lie-Oh Pee] - Means 'beautiful voice' and was the muse of poetry. She was the wisest of the muses.

Nicknames;;
    If you're close to Calliope you can call her Callie.

Gender;;
    Calliope is female.

Personality;;
    Calliope is quiet and doesn't really believe in herself. She likes to stay in her comfort zone, but if she excels at something she will stop at nothing to hone that skill to perfection. She's very knowledgeable and her strong suits are in poetry and plant/animal care. She has a garden at home that she takes very good care of, but step on one flower and she'll never give up her grudge against you. If you wrong her once she won't let you forget it. She gets along better with small animals than she does with other Plumies most of the time and keeps her secrets locked away.

Friend to nature;;
    Plants and animals are very important to Calliope. She often donates the money she earns to saving endangered species despite having very little money to begin with. The only work she does is volunteering at community gardens, zoos, and shelters, so a stable source of income is a foreign concept to her. When Calliope visits animal shelters she wishes she could save the animals and take them home, but can only hope a kind soul adopts them before they are put down since most of her money goes towards charity. She tries her hardest to extend their adoption time. At the gardens she is known for being very in tune to exactly what the plants need. Not many people visit the community gardens, but Calliope doesn't care all that much and takes good care of the crops regardless.

Her hoverboard;;
    As a plumerian with a disability she uses a hoverboard as opposed to an actual wheelchair. This enables her to hover across the ground so she can keep up with her friends and give her freedom of movement. She is able to walk with leg braces on when not hoverboarding, but it's a little easier for her to use her hoverboard.

How did she get the flower in her hair;;
Note: I chose to portray her as a human for the purpose of this story.

    The little seed lay dormant underneath the earth. It was moist and warm in here, but she longed for fresh air. She wanted to see the sky and grass, and she wanted to see what kind of flowers were above her. She hoped they were friendly, it was lonely under the surface. All she could see were their roots in the sea of dirt. She wondered what she would be when she grew up. Maybe she was a beautiful rose, the symbol of love, or a pretty sunflower, following the sun as it trailed across the sky. Maybe she would be an orchid! Those were pretty, with their many hues. Most of all she hoped that she would be an exotic flower, like a bird of paradise or hibiscus. Everyone loved those, because they were vibrant and unique.

    The girl was very young. Her dark chocolate brown hair was tied into a braid and fell limply over her shoulder, but it didn't look like much of a braid. It was short and loose, fine strands of hair escaped wildly from both sides of their shoddy prison. Her arms were weak as she sat alone, an ashen color tainting her skin. She looked up. She was the observer, watching the other children play their games. The girl never joined. She couldn't join. She looked down at her feet and the weeds growing through the cracks in the blacktop, feeling tears well in her eyes and spill over, she was coming undone. Suddenly a shrill whistle pierced her ears, making her shiver and hastily wipe away the teardrops on her cheeks. It was time to go inside. She gingerly got up off the wooden bench, hearing it creak as she lifted the weight that plagued it each day. The girl began to move, her steps shaky and unsure as a newborn calf learning to walk. She leaned against the brick wall and followed the herd of students back to the classroom. She arrived ten minutes after her classmates had arrived and sat down at her desk. The teacher smiled at her, she could tell he pitied her. She didn't let it bother her too much. Their teacher announced it was silent reading time, and they could all grab a book and read at their desks. The girl stood up weakly and began to walk to the bookshelf, trying as hard as she could to stay steady and walk normal, like the other kids. She was focusing with all she could muster when her knees gave out.

    The girl fell
    And the flower grew

    The weeds the girl had looked at earlier snarled as a new companion pushed its way through the tough earth under the asphalt. The little sprout was determined, even as the weeds glared and growled. She pushed on, evading their attempts to grab her roots. She was small, but she was mighty. Those weeds could do whatever they wanted, she wouldn't let them win. She was a little disappointed they weren't flowers for her to be friends with, but that didn't matter. She snaked up through the weeds and popped up through the crack, inhaling the fresh air. The sky above was blue, and sparse clouds dotted it. What a sight to behold, after years of sleeping quietly in the earth. The little sprout planted her roots down firmly amongst the grumbling weeds and waited, looking for pictures in the clouds as the sun warmed her.

    A year later her braid looked much better. It wasn't so haphazardly put together and looked a little nicer. But of course, a nicer braid did nothing for her when their grade started gym class and she was bombarded with questions from the other students.
    “Why don’t you go to gym with us?” A boy asked her, a note of bitterness in his voice.
    “How come you get to read? That’s not fair!” A girl screeched, stomping her foot as the girl before her flinched.
    “You’re so lucky you can just be lazy all day.” The boy rolled his eyes. The girl cowered. She didn't like how many questions there were. She really did want to go to gym, to play tag and to jump rope with the other kids, but she couldn't. It just wasn't possible. Every time the other kids would go to gym she would be sent off to the nurse’s office.
    “Here to read?” The nurse would ask, and the girl would nod, but they both already knew the answer. The nurse would look back at her on the bed when she thought the girl wasn't looking and shake her head and click her tongue. The girl frowned. She knew that look. Pity. She hated pity. She got up to go back to class when the nurse told her it was time, but as she made her way to the door she collapsed again. Cursing herself in her mind as the nurse rushed over, she wished it would just get better.

    The girl fell
    And the flower grew

    The little sprout was now a little bud. She grew slowly for a flower, the weeds said. They weren't so bad anymore. They had gotten used to her presence, but they still tried to suffocate her roots. She shook it off. She was strong, the weeds couldn't bring her down. The little bud took in sunlight with a contented smile. The sun was warm and lovely, as if bathing in starlight. The little bud watched the children go out to play soccer on the fields. She wished she could be in the field, with the other flowers, but she was content with the blacktop too. The blacktop was okay. She was okay.

    She laid down on the doctor’s bed, and touched her braid gently. It was a little messy, but at least it was longer now. She couldn't get the segments to be even but… That was the least of her problems right now. The girl’s parents assured her it wouldn't be long. She cried when they injected her to numb her arm and shut her eyes tight. They took a part of her muscle to check it for disease, her mom said. They would tell her if she was normal or not. The girl already knew the answer. It was confirmed a week later as they sat in the same office at the hospital. She prodded at the bandages wrapped around her arm and listened to the doctors talk with her parents. She didn't understand them so she tuned them out, looking out the window at the sky and finding animals in the clouds instead. She traced rabbits with their cotton-ball tails and butterflies with their pretty wings in the fluffy white mass and even saw a dragon, roaring with his puffy mouth. Her parents cried a little when she turned back to look at them. The girl wondered if she had done something wrong, she asked them if she had been a bad girl, but they just shook their heads. They didn't say anything, but there was pity in their eyes. She saw her mother weep into her father’s shoulder and felt sick. She couldn't breathe through pain in her chest as her ribs felt like they were being constricted. She had done something wrong, she was wrong, she was a bad child because she could never be normal. It was all her fault and she had made mommy and daddy sad. This was all she could be, a bad girl. She tried to run out of the office but couldn't go far on her wobbly legs, falling to the floor with an anguished cry. Her parents knelt down next to her and hugged her gently, whispering how much they loved her in her ear as she sobbed into her hands.

    The girl fell
    And the flower grew

    The little bud was proud of herself as she examined her reflection in the puddle of rainwater next to her. Pink petals peered through their green shell, the delicate covering peeling away to show the little bud’s true colors. She called herself the little bloom now. She was happy with her hue. Pink was a pretty color, and many people would like a pink flower. Maybe she was a pink rose, or even better, a pink hibiscus! Sure, she couldn't be a beautiful sunflower or bird of paradise now, but she’d still be loved. People used roses for a lot of things, right? Plus hibiscus were very beautiful, maybe even more beautiful than a sunflower. People would surely want to keep a hibiscus or a rose. The weeds would laugh as she talked about her dreams of being worn by someone who truly appreciated her beauty. She ignored them, they were weeds. They could only make her feel bad if she let them, and she wasn't going to let them hurt her.

    The girl sat in the hard plastic chair, fiddling with her almost-perfect braid. It was quite long now, and the segments were even. Anyone else would have called it perfect, but it wasn't good enough for the girl. It needed to be very long with no flaws, like the ones in the movies. She heard the quiet tapping of a pen and looked up at a doctor. He smiled warmly, but she could tell it was fake. She wasn't comforted by doctor’s smiles anymore, she had grown up. He led her into the warehouse, her leg braces squeezing her legs into place as she stiffly followed the man, his pristine lab coat swishing behind him.
    “We've got a few models here for you to look at” He informed her, still walking. He continued to talk but she drowned him out. She was trying to walk, she didn't need the distraction. He stopped and she nearly bumped into him, stopping just in time. The doctor gestured to the wide selection of power wheelchairs. She narrowed her eyes. She didn't want a wheelchair, she wanted to be normal, like the other kids. It was bad enough she had to wear these leg braces, now her parents had sent her to get a wheelchair. Everyone would laugh, and they would know she was different. The doctor looked at her expectantly. The girl sighed softly and gingerly sat down in one of the chairs. “Why don’t you take it for a spin?” Her helper smiled again. She scoffed at his facade. No one really wanted to work with a diseased kid, they just did it out of pity and so they could get the respect that comes from working with ‘special needs children’. She complied anyway, moving the stick forward slightly and watching as the meter displayed ‘0.8 mph’. She swiveled it to the left and the chair turned a corner. A small smile broke onto her face. This was a lot easier than walking with her braces. She pulled up to the doctor and watched him scribble down some notes on his clipboard. They found a chair she liked best after test driving a few more and he sent her back to her parent’s car. She jumped up, forgetting she couldn't really jump, and fell on the pavement. She didn't cry this time, a happy smile painting her face with an unusual glow as she laughed, pushing herself up with all her strength and meeting her parents with a grin and a hug.

    The girl fell
    And the flower grew

    The little bud was a little flower, and the little flower was unhappy. She listened to the weeds laugh at her. She wanted to cry. She wasn't a rose, she wasn't a hibiscus. She was just a plain little unnamed wildflower, and no one wanted a unnamed wildflower. No one wore a crown of them, no one held a bouquet of them at their wedding, no one put one in a vase. She was destined to be a tiny, insignificant wildflower. She gazed longingly at the field. Sunflowers waved in the gentle breeze, their black centers drawing in the sun’s rays. Next to them rose bushes bloomed, their red and pink hues standing out against the green field. Then there was her. A poor little flower with no name, lost among a black tar sea with only weeds for company. Infinitesimal and unimportant in the eyes of the world. Pink was a pretty color, but pink was nothing without a beautiful canvas. Her destiny was to wilt alone, and only the weeds would know she ever existed. She waited weeks and weeks, but she couldn't wilt, she had too much will left. The kids came back from summer vacation and flooded outside, cheers escaping their throats as they jumped on the swings and monkey bars, screaming in delight. She watched them pound down the hill to their playground and sighed. Of course, that was when a girl appeared. She was different from the other kids, she didn't have pounding feet and she didn't cheer, but she rolled along the blacktop slowly. She was very pretty, the flower remarked. Her hair was in a perfect braid trailing down into her lap, and it had pink tips. It was the same pink that the flower saw on itself. The girl rolled on. Is she going to crush me? The flower wondered, but the girl stopped just short of the flower.

    “What a pretty flower,” the girl smiled, bending down in her chair and touching the little flower’s petals, “I bet I would have missed it had it been in the field, but the pink really stands out against the blacktop.” She pondered whether or not to pick it. Everyone had told her not to pick flowers but… This one would look really nice in her hair. It matched the tips she had gotten dyed just a few weeks ago, as a reward for completing the training with her chair. Finally the girl made a decision. The little flower squealed as it was detached from its roots and nestled snugly behind the girl’s ear. She wanted a small, unnamed wildflower? She didn't want a rose or sunflower? Nameless flowers appealed to her more than a hibiscus or bird of paradise? The flower was overflowing with joy. The girl thought she was pretty, not the sunflowers, not the rose bushes. The little flower was the prettiest, even though she was plain and no one knew her. The shrill whistle sounded again, and this time the girl was the first back to her desk. The teacher called for silent reading time and the girl drove up and grabbed her favorite book, going back to her seat and beginning to read.

    The girl drove
    And the flower smiled

Short childhood story;;

    Calliope hovered over to a small dog, he barked happily as he saw her, his stubby tail wagging in delight.
    “Hi there, buddy.” Calliope smiled softly at the pup, the Plumerian was glad he was still here. “I got them to extend your adoption date, so try to be extra good, you have five days. I want to see you go home with a family soon, Mallow.” She picked a up the toy she had brought for him and tossed it to him. He jumped on the rubber toy and gnawed on it excitedly, eyes sparkling as the Plumerian laughed. Calliope was volunteering at an animal shelter for the summer, just before she would go into high school. The young Plumerian was happy so far, but devastated when she heard her favorite dog was set to be put down. He was a mutt with three legs she had affectionately nicknamed Mallow, but her parents wouldn’t let her keep him. She begged the shelter director for just a few more days so he could find a family. She really hoped Mallow would be good, adopted by a nice Plumerian and taken home. She Looked back down at the dog, still occupied with his rubber bone. She hovered over into the cat room to check on the felines.

    The fifth day it was her job to feed the dogs in the morning. Calliope made sure each dog was well situated before checking up on Mallow. He was asleep in his bed, rubber bone under his paw already marked with scars from the pup’s teeth. She chuckled softly. He was very sweet, so she wondered why no one had adopted him. Well, she knew the answer, he had 3 legs. Calliope was somewhat angry. A disability shouldn’t define you, she mused, you define yourself. Mallow was an obedient and happy dog, he deserved a good home. If they couldn’t see that maybe they weren’t fit to be his owner anyway. She wished she could save him, but it just couldn’t happen. Her parents didn’t want to adopt a pet. Tonight was his last night, and as the Plumerian hovered out she silently pleaded someone would come in with a three-legged dog in mind.

    The next morning she came in and frantically looked to the Plumerian running the front desk. She shook her head. No one had filed for adoption.
    “You can go say goodbye. He’s in his cage.” She said, a sympathetic smile on her face. Calliope’s eyes burned as she hovered slowly into the large room housing the dogs. She looked down at the concrete floor. This was a bad idea. Why did she have to get so attached to Mallow? Why couldn’t she save him in time? She looked up when she almost bumped into a family of Plumerians.
    “I’m sorry.” She said, trying her best to swallow the lump in her throat and appear normal. She realized they were peering into Mallow’s cage. Instantly her face lit up. “Oh, are you looking at this dog?” She beamed at them. One of the Plumerians cleared his throat.
    “Yes, my husband and I have been looking for a dog for a while, our daughter seems to have her heart set on this one.” He gave a gentle smile, gesturing to the three-legged dog chasing his tail. He fell over before scampering towards the little Plumerian in front of him, barking and wagging his tail.
    “He likes me, daddy!” She giggled, pawing at the glass.
    “Is there any way we could take him home? I don’t see any adoption papers around here.” the other plumerian looked around. Calliope turned her hoverboard.
    “Follow me, sir. I can take you to the desk to adopt Mal- I mean the dog.” She bit her tongue, he wasn’t Mallow anymore, he was going to be a part of this family now. The his husband and the girl stayed behind. Calliope was glad, that way if they came to take the dog away they would realize he was getting adopted.

    The receptionist Plumerian smiled as Calliope returned with the adopter. They got paperwork filed and went back to check on the other two. The daughter was making faces at the dog as he licked the glass happily and her father watched fondly. Calliope unlocked the cage and the dog raced out, licking the little Plumerian’s face as she hugged him.
    “He’s so soft!” She exclaimed, laughing loudly. Calliope took one last look at Mallow as he was taken to the car by his new family, her chest tightening. She was overjoyed that he was adopted at last but at the same time it was hard to say goodbye to the little dog she had come to love so deeply. She smiled as she cleaned his cage, a tear rolling down her cheek. She picked up the chew toy and put it on her hoverboard. Maybe she’d keep it as something to remind her of him. She thought a little more and placed it back in the cage. No. The past was the past, but it was time for the future. A new dog would come, and Calliope would be waiting to welcome them.

Interview;;
    What is your full name and its origins? What about any nicknames?

    My full name is Calliope Lotus O'Dale. I'm not really sure about it's origin, besides Calliope being a poetry god, I think... Callie is my nickname.

    Have you any claims to fame?

    I don't think so. I mean, everyone knows I run the gardens but...

    How would you introduce yourself? If you are famous in your world, how would you introduce yourself to someone who had never heard of you?

    I guess I wouldn't really. I'm usually pretty quiet, so I won't introduce myself unless the other person asks. Then I would just give them my first name.

    Which of your culture's achievements do you hold in highest regard?

    Inventing my hoverboard. I wouldn't have such ease of movement without it.

    As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

    I wanted to be a veterinarian, but that never happened. I ended up living in a dingy apartment giving all my money to charity.

    What was your most prized possession as a child? Do you still have it?

    My flower. It never dies, and I will never stop wearing it.

    What would you change about yourself, if you could?

    That's hard. I would say my wealth. If I had more money maybe I could save more animals, donate to more charities, and find myself some better living conditions.

    What are you obsessed with?

    I like animals too much for my own good.

    What is your greatest achievement so far, or the high point of your career?

    Being accepted as a volunteer by my first animal shelter, even with my hoverboard. No one would take me on before that because of my disability.

    When/where were you happiest?

    Oh, definitely when I see an animal adopted out of the shelter.

    And the lowest point in your life thus far?

    My childhood before the diagnosis.

    What was the best decision you ever made?

    To get a hoverboard.

    If you have any body modifications, which was most painful, or which do you regret the most? If you haven't got any, do you have any planned, or would you ever consider getting any?

    I don't, and I wouldn't. It's just not my kind of thing.

    What is the most idiotic thing you have ever done while intoxicated?

    I don't drink.

    What is your favourite joke?

    I haven't heard that many jokes, and the ones I can remember were all about me, so I guess I don't really have one.

    What is the coolest/most impressive thing you own?

    My hoverboard. I've never met another Plumerian who utilises one.

    When did you last cry, and why?

    Last time I had to see an animal put down at the shelter. I don't want to talk about it.

    What's the best piece of advice you've ever had?

    'The past does not define you', my father used to tell me that when I would cry about being teased back in elementary school.

    Similarly, what's the nicest thing anyone's ever done for you?

    I don't remember who, but a Plumerian once stood up for me when some mean Plumes pushed me down in elementary school. I don't remember their name, but I hope I can meet them again someday.

    Have you any vices?

    I don't know. I... I don't want to know.

    Do you regret anything?

    Yes... But don't we all?

    What is the best invention ever?

    My hoverboard.

    How would you describe your relationship with your family?

    My mother and father still worry about me, even though I insist I'm fine on my own. I miss them a lot, but I have to be independant now.

    Who is your biggest inspiration?

    All those benevolent millionaires that donate to so many causes. They seem really nice.

    What are you going to do when you've finished this interview?

    Probably watch some TV, though I get bad signal because one of my antenna is broken. I might make myself some 25 cent ramen noodles for dinner too.

ゆうこ, ユウコ

Yuuko the Imperial Guard

Username;; marzipan-love

Name;; Yuuko- meaning brave girl

Personality;; Yuuko is a very strict and valiant plumerian. She is not afraid to face enemies in battle and has killed many. Deep down, she never wanted to take anyone's life in the first place, but if it was commanded by the king, this imperial guard will do the task. Yuuko is very protective of the ones she loves, and if they are killed, she will become strangely bloodthirsty and wanting to perform an act of revenge. She is easily offended and angered, but if you approach her in the right way, she can be an enjoyable and polite plumerian.

How did she get the flower in her hair;; Yuuko had been given the flower by her mother as a small token of gratitude for being placed as an imperial guard when she became of age. She had trained for it all of her life and was very happy to have received this position. It was a very important responsibility she protected the king and the empire along with the other guards and soldiers.

Short childhood story;;
A young plumerian, of about the age of fourteen, walked along the red carpet of a throne room decorated in riches and gold. Her head was bowed, and she walked forward with elegance and pride to the king of her large empire in China. This plumerian had trained all her life for this, and it was a very foremost position that would take away all of her time at home and time for hobbies. She was a bit saddened that she'd barely get to return home, but she would be bringing her mother a lot of riches for her fighting. All of these notions were going about her mind, but suddenly she inquired herself a question that she never thought would cross her path.

Do you really want to do this?

As she slowly approached the king, she felt a bit of guilt for asking that question to herself. The answer could most likely be a yes, but if she was killed in a war that the empire lost, who would be standing there with her blood on their hands? Would her death be the king's fault? Probably not, but once she died they would simply find a replacement and put that poor plumerian in her place. It was a tough life. And she and her mother were a very poor family with a small home. Anyone was lucky to get this position. But it was very tough and unforgiving and couldn't be given to just anyone. But she fit the requirements quite perfectly.
