Story:
My ears twitched I turned to my friend, Craggy Scale (a real mercat I own) and whispered softly 'did you jhear rhat?' 'Yes I heard it,too' replied Scale. It was a mercat hunter! Me a Scale just barely got away. Scale was once just a plain violet and fusia mercat until, she tripped over some seaweed, whimpering pitifully I ran leaving scale with the hunter the last time I saw her she had craggy scale like markings. I ran and found a glowing beutiful blue jewl, without thinking I ate it. Glowing blue plasma like markings rippled down my body. Oh and you are all probably wondering about my earings, I was born with them! Anyways now I live as a traveler and I am now enemies with scale.

Total punk rock! Is so laid-back and relaxed, it's more like she doesn't care about anything. Though she does. Her motto is 'Think Before You Do,' which gets her in trouble a lot. Kawena is really sarcastic and lies so not everybody believes her. Oh, she also LOVES to prank people, and is known as 'the girl that cried wolf'. Kawena has a lot of sass and attitude that she might come off as rude, but is actually kind of nice when you get to know her.
Other:
She got her ear pierced when she was young and out with her friends. Her parents disagreed about it but she did it anyways. Kawena and her friend went to the shop but she couldn't decide what earring she wanted so she picked one out and her friend picked one out. When she got home, she was in a whole lot of trouble and got grounded, but it didn't really matter to her.
Those marks, she was born with them. It's a simple characteristic that runs in their family, but it makes her feel special and unique.

Mercat's Personality: Phoebe is kind, smart, and beautiful. She can be snappish, but she is quick to apologize.
Other: Phoebe had been wanting to get her ears pierced since who knows how long. She'd beg her parents, but she'd always get the same answer. No. One day she was so upset, she left and got her ears pierced. Her parents were furious, and they beat her. They locked her in her room and left her there for days at a time. Finally, she had enough. Her markings started glowing in fury and sadness. She snuck out through the window and swam far, far away. She was hopelessly lost. Someone came bye and saw her covered in bruises. The took her to their home, nursed her back to health, and put her in an adoption center.
