Allrighty I have come to a decision

This little lady's name with be Chelsea, nicknamed Chel.

She dabbles in the art of magic, and studies it when she gets the chance. Hardly anyone knows about this hobby of hers because she believes others will look at her oddly if they knew about it. At night she practices what she learns, hoping she will have a success. Unfortunately, despite her childish hope, she is almost positive that the magic and spells the books speak of are not true. On the other hand, she never gives up, even with the knowledge that nothing will likely ever happen.
