For example, he could see movement in the sand and then digs through the sand to see what it might be only to find a lone- and now very annoyed desert kingsnake. Whenever Nero is around others he needs to be the center of attention. He will buck, rear, and act crazy just to have the eyes on him. When he has his eyes on a mare he will do everything in his power to yet again, be the center of attention, but once he gets what he wants from the mare, which is usually just to make her interested in him, he ignores her and leaves.
