What is a Jellybean Dragon?
A Jellybean Dragon is a fluffy, friendly dragon that hatches from a jellybean-like egg. Their diet consists of fruits and insects, but they also love sweets and desserts. Their fur is soft and long, usually brightly colored, neat, and shiny. Jellybean Dragons are mostly gentle and happy, and love attention. Most are Great Dane-sized when they are fully grown, but some of them can grow as big as a cow. All Jellybean Dragons have pouches on their bellies, which they use to carry around food or younger JBDs.

Hello there Patches! I’m Vintage, and I’m sure you have heard of me before. If not, I think it’s wonderful to meet you! But anyways, I’m pretty new the JBD community, meaning, this is the first JBD I’ve tried out for. I’d like to wish my competition good luck!
If I could own this beautiful JBD, I would name her Estelle. As this Bean has star markings, I wanted her name to be something starry, but without being too cheesy, if you understand what I mean. So I chose Estelle. Estelle is a very pretty name, something I think is fit for a very pretty JBD. But Estelle also means Star in old French, relating back to her appearance.
I think that this JBD is fit as a girl. Of course, this differs depending on the person trying out, but this is just my opinion. I believe she is feminine.
The wind ruffled her fur just slightly, causing a small chill to reverberate up and down her spine. The African Wild Dogs had their own demeanor to themselves, their own hierarchy. They all seemed to understand who ate first, second, third, who got to control the pack. It was very interesting, if she did say so herself. Estelle hastily picked up the wooden pencil, an average #2, taking notes on their actions towards each other. Despite its place on the equator, it could get awfully chilly at night. But this, of course, didn't stop Estelle from doing her job.
Back when she was younger, Estelle was desperate and looking for a job. In her job resume, it stated that she was horrible with people (Uncontrollable shyness) but was quite good with animals. But there weren't many animal jobs in those days, besides being a zoo-keeper, and Estelle despised those jobs, for they trapped up animals, with the animals unable to do their everyday activities, such as hunt and explore their territory. Taking a break from job-searching, Estelle went to Africa, to go elsewhere to find a place where jobs weren't the top priority, like it was in America. She had met a handful of scientists, who introduced her to the African Wild Dogs. Estelle immediately fell in love with their coats and way of doing things. Noticing her connection with animals, they gave Estelle the job of studying and monitoring a pack of African Wild Dogs along Madikwe Game Reserve.
So here Estelle was, watching the Dogs carefully, specifically, the tiny pups. They attempted to snuggle close to their mother, whom Estelle had named Speckles, but she was giving them the silent treatment, and walking away. When the pups realized they were getting nowhere with their mother, they moved on to other members of the pack. But it seemed as though the pack was just ignoring the pups. Estelle jotted this down in her notebook, as well as adding a couple words that pertained to her thoughts. She figured that this was a test. A test to see if the pups were able to survive on their own. Scribbling her final observations, Estelle shoved her notebook messily into her back-pack, leaned against the tree, and simply watched the Wild Dogs.
