Her paint allows her to have limited access to recent memories (up to three hours prior) of the a RPW if her paint is touching them. This includes memories they cannot remember. If they know she can see their memories and willingly allow her to, then she has access to all of their memories.
I LOVE this girl, so she is going to have a different type of contest.
Seriously, I would keep her as a custom if I didn't already have too many ideas. ; ^ ;
When a winner is chosen, they must post a name and gender. I see her as a female which is why I refer to her with the female pronouns, but the gender is up to the owner.
Alright, in one week -no extensions- I will use a random number generator to decide her owner.
