Ack! Finally caught up with the advent calendar!
Soooo, went a little fancier this time. 22nd December and final Sunday for Christmas (yes I am a Christian), so to honour this fact I created a Dark Bay Brindled (w/ Chestnut) mare. Note that she cannot pass on the brindle markings to her foals, rather her foals will inherit either the Dark Bay OR the Chestnut side of her genetics. Wouldn't mind keepin' this one myself, buuut it's Christmas and so I'm happy to let her go. Though I'll be back to ask for breedings!

'' The name's Dog-Trainer, but you can call me D-T. I'm here to adopt this gorgeous mare. Yes, you heard me: I am not trying out for her, I am determined to get her. Just thought i'd go with a little confident streak on this girl - she's precious!''
Name (Show Name only optional):
'' Well, I wanted to call her something 'different' due to her unusual colouring. So I chose: With A Twist - Twist for short.''
Age:
'' She's relatively young, aged 4. She's still 'green'''
Gender:
''Mare. I can't see her being anything else, anyway!''
Breed:
She is a thoroughbred cross. I know, I know, everyone else has probably researched it and seen what horses can and can't be brindle. But quite frankly, I thought I may as well put effort into the form rather than a breed - I will probably get the wrong facts anyway
Height:
'' She is 14 hh. Quite small, maybe she has a pony breed in her? Who knows.''
Personality:
'' As I have said before, she is green and is still learning the ropes of life. But she is confident and not afraid to strut her stuff while not being rude or a show off.''
Why should you have her?:
'' Well, I should have her because, well, i'd like to add something different into my mottley crew of horses, but where she won't feel out of place. I just kind of love her, her colouring. I also immediately thought of a personality which is strange for me, so she must have something special. I of course don't HAVE to have her, no one does. But I just love her, and your art is so incredible... How do you do this? I just don't know. She's a beautiful mare, I don't want her for breeding or anything like that, all I want her for is because of love. ''
Genetics: 50%= all recessive alleles (Chestnut) / 50% Heterozygous for E/e and heterozygous for A/a.[/center]
