memory;; Every year around Christmas time she loves to make a large Christmas themed meal for friends family and friends family and friends. Of course it's not exactly a proper meal more like party foods and snacks but she makes them all herself and in such big amounts they become filling. She just loves cooking and seeing her every one happy and full.

memory;; Let us go to when Atlas was just a wee lad, only
about 5 years old. Envision a wispy Christmas, with snow
blowing hard on a small pale yellow house, built next to a huge
tree. This was exactly what Atlas was seeing.

"Mum, why are we here?" asked Atlas, whom was on his mom's
back and had been doing so the entire trip. His family was poor
and could not provide anything like a car, so this was the
next best thing.

"We are visiting my mum, sweetie." replied his mother. Atlas
jumped off his mom and ran to the door. When his mother
opened the door, however, he froze. An adult ceiral with grey
hairs was by the doorway.

"Mum!" exclaimed his mom, wrapping her forelegs around the
gray-haired stranger.

"Hello, my darling! I have not seen you in forever!" cried his
grandmother. "And look how much you have grown! You even
have children! What's his name?"

"Atlas. Why don't you say hi, sweetie?" asked his mother. He
had been hiding behind her legs the entire time, which were
still outside.

"H-hi..." said Atlas timidly.

"Well, hi! Why don't you come on in!" said his grandma.

As they walked in, there was a great smell of chocolate chip
cookies. The three ate them while playing fun games and
chatted. Oh, how much fun it was! It was such a pain to
leave, but his grandmother said that where ever he was,
she was always in his heart.

Atlas always comes back each year now, but he says the first
time was enough of a memory to last a life time.

Stanza's family was never one for doing holiday related things. Maybe he mite have eaten a sweet or two one year or another, or maybe played with a stocking light sometime. But the most prominent thing to ever happen to him on the holidays was just playing out in the snow. His parents didn't believe in giving presents, they said it brought unsightly thoughts into a child's head, but Christmas was the one exception. When they gave him a present most kids wouldn't really call a present, but what would they know anyways? You see, his parents were the type to never let their child leave the house. "It's dirty, it's unmannerly, It's just crazy and has nothing to be gained." This was their description of the whole world. Outside of their home.

On Christmas days this was forgotten. When he was generally young yet old enough to explore his parents released him into the "big bad world", just for a few hours and it became his very favorite memory. His first time really exploring and actually seeing the world, away from their rustic path of forest, even if the world he saw had only been a small part of his families forest. He ran around in the snow for hours, nibbled on things he really shouldn't have and came back late in the night, later than he should have, all covered in dirt and melted snow, wet and dripping and bright eyed. He still has memories of that day. Even though every year his parents somehow bend to him going out to explore on Christmas day, the one day he always remembers is his first outside adventure.

One year when she was little she was trying to get a candy cane off the tree. She end up toppling the whole thing over making everyone burst out laughing.

memory;; "I remember being fed candy canes and having to shovel for everyone, I had some problems with my back, but now I'm ok. But my favorite tradition is going out to go and buy all the peppermint candy we can, then we stock it up to eat, like a squirrel.
