What Is A Light Collector?
Light Collectors, or LCs for short, are small loveable furry creatures.
They survive by feeding off of light sources, such as car lights, city
signs, flashlights and such forms of light. The more light that a LC
eats, or ''collects'', the larger the LC gets. A LC's horns and tail act
like their stomachs, so when a LC is full, their tails/horns glow brighter
than if they are hungry. Another quite outstanding fact is that Light
Collectors can move fast... Very fast. LCs can move so fast that the
human eye can barely see them, and they appear as just a flash of
light. A LCs pelt can consist of a wide variety of colors, though darker
furred ones are more common than brightly furred ones. The color of
the horns and tail of a single LC are chosen based on the gender of the
OC. Female LCs usually are found with these colors: Red, pink, orange,
purple, and yellows. Male LCs are found with these colors: Red, green,
blue, yellow, orange, brown. When a LC is a baby, their horns and tails
shine white, and gain color as they mature into an adult. The smallest LC
can be around the size of a small bunny or cat, while the biggest can be
the size of a large cat or smaller medium sized dogs.

Just kidding, his name is actually Enzo.

What iiisss it, my precioussss?

Much like RandomCat, I think he's a Shetland Sheepdog with a very attractive twist.
He might also be based off a Australian Shepherd, or a Border Collie.
Or a Jack Russell Terrier.

A story?

Enzo glanced up at the entrance to the cave. As he carpet in, he kept his head low to avoid hitting it. His glows lit up the cave, all the light he had collected payed off. He was the only one who knew about this cave-or so he thought. As he neared the end, he waited for a light blue glow to hit his face. Instead, purple shone through. He frowned. He kept all his light in there, where it couldn't escape. He sped up, bursting into the cave-- only to find himself face to face with a light female with a delicate pink glow. He paused, astonished. Her coat, which looked white at first, had complicated patterns all over it, which were light shades of blue, green, and pink.
They stared at each other, until he growled, defending his territory. The female squeaked, and dashed through his exit. Good riddance.

i'm not just going to judge by who gets his breed right i'll also judge by how much i like your form, so, two or three people could get the breed right, so i'll have to decide which one i like best. here's a hint: one of you got it right (no changing your forms to guess again! i will find out!)

Sky was walking slowly, he was in the woods he son came across a rusty bit of metal.
It was the shape of a gun,he picked it up in his jaws.
Sky shook it a little,sky thought that there was some bullets in there still.
