15. Blast polka music at two in the morning
16. Become Lucifer-Chuck-Potato-etc.

5. Take shortcut, get ahead of trash truck, cause a diversion of any sort. ( side note: water balloons catapults are highly recommended)
6. Steal back trash bag
7. Take it to a place with pelicans and stuff it inside one's mouth
8. Go back home and wait for pelican to accidentally drop the trash bag down the chimney.
9. When it does, light the fire in the fireplace.
10. taadaa, 10 easy steps to vanquish any victim you choose. XD

8. Throw the frozen mice out of the window and into your subject's window (has to be open for that)
8. Make sure your subject's window is open
9. Throw the frozen mice out of the window and into your subject's window
10. Call the pizzaguy and order a pizza
11. Kiddynap the pizzaguy and eat the pizza
12. Put on his clothes and knock on your subject's door while hiding the Super bla bla bla behind your back
13. Freeze the subject with the Super bla bla bla
14. Push him over the frozen mice under his window so he trips
15. Steal a sock from his closet and shrink your subject
16. Put the subject in the sock
17. Do not sniff the sock, serious hazard!
18. Throw him outside into the river
19. Drive to the end of the river and make sure there's a waterfall
20. Push him off the waterfall
21. Do your happy-villain dance!
